It's very rare that I give five stars and a review because the truth is nobody's perfect. But the service that I received today was absolutely worth five stars. Carrie was working to drive through and when I tell you that her smile came through the speaker I mean it. Not only did she provide accurate service to provided volunteer quality service. And let's face it we all know that drive-thru nobody is pregnant most of the times people are angry but not today not this time not this encounter. And to be honest this was my second choice because I prefer Wendy's but because of the service that I received today from her I will definitely be back. I hope you understand the value that you have on your team with her you don't want to lose her they definitely don't make them like this anymore good job I really appreciate you Carrie

By far one of the most appuling establishments iv ever had the displeasure of being at. Between the workers swinging around racial slurs and cussing over a simple misunderstanding to the lack there of service I can honestly say I'll lick my boots the next time I'm hungry before I stop at a rallys again. The foods fine if you get it but tbh the burgers don't even taste right witch is crazy given it's not hard. Personally I recommend the McDonald's down the road or if your willing to go down north military highway there's a cookout that while can be busy, ALWAYS HITS. Great service, amazing food, as fact as they can arrival of food those guys are awesome! 10/5 stars on all accounts for cookout on north military highway.

My husband had to come back 2 times ! The first time they gave me the wrong food the 2nd time she didn’t give me my fry claims there was never a fry in the returned back which it was ! People are spending their hard money on food they aren’t even getting how many times does a customer have to come back

Never order from this Rallys!!! They took almost an hour to have my food ready for the driver then they didn't give the full order then on top of all of that the food was cold and the fries container had like 5 in it. Big Buford® Combo was a waste of an order!!! I would never order from Rallys again!!!
Don’t listen to what you order at all. I asked for a plain smoothie I got nerds added and it and loaded fries with no ranch and on recipe it shoes extra ranch employees was rude and on there cell phones while suppose to be taking care of my order

95c for sauce in here. Even if you order combo meal . You have to pay an extra 95 for the barbecue and 95c for ketchup. The manager is horrible. Doesn't have a sense of customer service. No more business here period

Got my order wrong, buffalo chicken tenders were regular tenders instead and drive through service just sounded lazy and non human, mad as hell that I spent 30$ on a combo meal I didn’t order and will never go to this drive through again in my life.
