I placed a pickup for 4:15 pm, and my order didn't get worked on till 4:30. I ordered the big buford buy 1 get 1 for $1, and 1 of the big buford had 2 bottom breads and 1 of the bottom bread was burnt. I have attached a photo. The other big buford was good. The lady who fixed the burgers, she made the bufords messy. It wasn't even busy. No one in drive thru. The quality is poor for service. Food tastes good. I will not come back to this location.

Service took entirely too long. People were standing around 30 minutes after ordering and they had no clue who's orders were whos. Also, the entire floor is costed with grease and instead of cleaning it, they put up wet floor signs.

I recently went to the Rally’s drive-through to try the T-Pain meal, but my experience was nothing like the hype. I requested no mayo, but somehow ended up with a bare-bones, disappointing burger. It was lukewarm and had no ketchup, cheese, or tomato. It was literally just buns, lettuce, pickles, and a burger patty – a far cry from what was advertised.
To make matters worse, the nuggets I ordered came with no barbecue sauce, even though it was supposed to be included. And to top it all off, the apple pie that was part of my order was missing from the bag. For a meal that’s supposed to be a unique, standout experience, this one was pretty underwhelming. Overall, not the quality or attention to detail I expected.

This Rally’s has the worst worst WORST service in existence. I’ve tried multiple times since they opened up and they will make you park and wait over 20 minutes every time. Even if it’s JUST for FRIES. They’ll forget you were waiting for your order and serve everyone else who was waiting after you. Act like anything and everything is an issue. The people working here are worthless humans.
