My wife and I had dinner for the first time this evening. The ambiance was of cozy old timey italian. The service was great and the food was to die for.The house tomato sauce was some of the best I ever tasted. Wifey loved her manicotti and my linguine and clams was the best I ever had.We will refer to our friends and family and be returning customers for sure!!!

Unfortunately we have stopped ordering/eating here altogether. The person at the front who takes orders is so incredibly rude and she doesn’t listen, requiring repeating yourself numerous times. Then there’s the price. I asked to add chicken and pepperoncinis to only half of the pizza and they said it would be $8 extra - for half a pizza! Then any additional toppings for the other half would have been charged the full amount too. Absolutely absurd for a single pizza to be over $30. When we said Nevermind, we would like to please cancel the order, we were hung up on. It all happened in front of our security camera so it was recorded too. If you have money to burn and don’t mind being treated poorly, then the food is better than the chain places in the area, though the pizza is extremely greasy so bring lots of napkins. It’s really a shame what has happened there.

It was okay pizza. Service was good. Prices were fair. Restaurant was very outdated and needs to be brought out of 90s.

Without question the best Italian food in the Tidewater area. A little pricey maybe but well worth it. I have tried almost everything on the menu at one time or another. All great!!!!

Our server was amazing, she provided everything we needed and anticipated our to go boxes.Parking: Find a good spot to park away from the puddles, since we do experience a lot of rain in this area.

This is the absolute best little Italian Restaurant... The waitress was amazing and I can not stress enough the portions are enormous... you can choose from a small or large and I was not familiar and ordered a large and it was enough for at least 3 people... the whole experience gets 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ordered a decked out pizza from here (takeout) and it was great... expensive, but great. Considering wife and I had 3 meals out of the 16" I guess not REALLY that expensive, $40ish. The sausage and pepperoni were great. Big slices too.

Let me first state, I was in the wrong (although there isn’t signage that I saw). This morning, while Reginos was closed, I parked in their parking lot. I missed the turn for Hangrys and turned into Reginos. We looked and didn’t see signage and it was 9 am and Reginos was closed and we would be gone long before they opened. 20 minutes into breakfast, someone claiming to be speaking on behalf of owner of Reginos stormed into Hangrys and yelled at the women working which customers car is that. I spoke up and said I apologize, we missed the turn and since Reginos is closed we parked there. One of the women said I spoke with the owner and thought it was ok when they are closed. He yelled that that wasn’t true. Meantime, my boyfriend stood up and took my keys to move the car. The man yelling again told the women it wasn’t allowed and stormed out. He exchanged words with my boyfriend as he was moving the car. This is such rude and disrespectful behavior. I get it , I parked in the wrong spot. Did you need to berate employees who had nothing to do with it? If a Reginos customer parked in Hangrys parking lot are they allowed to storm into your establishment, yelling and creating a scene, disturbing your dining room full of guests? I would be ashamed to have someone like this man representing my establishment.PS EAT AT HANGRYS! Better service, amazing food and I didn’t see anyone associated with Hangrys yelling unnecessarily at people.
