Owner is rude . Yelling , slamming doors , spanking the kids that should not really be at workplace but his business. It scared the other patrons people in lobby left out to wait outside. He was short and dismissive with items and menu. I came from Lynnhaven to support my Black own Business owner but I was out done with the whole restaurant, service, and food.

Started out a bit interesting,but it worked out. These fried crabs are just as good as T&T on Colley. Customer Service is everything even if you serving in the hood. We ain't all the same. This place has a pattern of closing and don't even notify the public or customers when it will reopen again. When it does open it's a hit or miss situation. Meaning when you go to visit, they are close again for some reason. This is frustrating when you drive from 10 miles out of town, only to find it closed! Very unprofessional seafood restaurant. Get you act together Richs Seafood!!! However, the fried crabs are excellent very tasty. Today 1/11/2024 I called for info., the phone ranged and finally took me to leave a message. They don't answer their phone. Customer service doesn't exit.

The customer service here is AWFUL! The service should be 0 stars. The owner has a nasty disposition and his answers to valid questions were short and dismissive. The garlic butter crabs I was given looked nothing like the picture on the website. The food was nothing special and the attitude made it even worse. I will never spend another red cent in this restaurant!!
