Very cute but one and done for us. It was very pricey for what you got & our server (was so nice and friendly) but was insanely slow and forgot to even take our order. We had to wait 40 mins into being there to flag him down to order food. Other than that, glad we tried it but wouldn't go again.

Very festive environment. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Drinks were good however tapas menu items could have been a bit better (chips and dip, cookies, churros, meatballs). It took a while for items to get to the table. I ordered meatballs and were lukewarm by the time I got them. Fun for a holiday night with drinks and gift exchange.

The experience, I thought it was gonna be and not enough food on the menu not enough decorations kind of a rip off

Appreciated the ambiance and Christmas themed settings. We ended up leaving due to slow service and limited food selection. We put in a drink order with 30 minute wait before learning our order was missed at the bar. We also didn't enjoy having to pay for the themed mugs if purchasing a drink, cost of drink -$13, themed mug - $15...where does it cost $28 for a well tequila based drink?

It was a great experience but I wish there were a few more food options and while the drinks names sounded amazing the ingredients in the drinks made it very hard to find one I might enjoy.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience and waste of money. First off, there was a $10 cover for everyone which was unclear in the reservation making. Secondly, it took us an hour to get our drink order taken and served. Which is wild for somewhere with a two hour limit. Third, food portions were small so we opted not to get any because we figured that would also take forever. Finally, the drinks sucked so it wasn't even good. We rushed from Nauticus to make our reservation and we should have just stayed and drank there.

I went to the Miracle pop-up at Waterside expecting a fun, festive experience, but it fell far short of expectations. There's an automatic $10 per person charge just to be seated, which felt hard to justify once we realized how underwhelming everything was. While the décor makes for a few nice photos, that was really the highlight. The cocktails were forgettable and overpriced, and the food was so poorly prepared and barely warm that my friend and I chose to order food from another vendor and bring it back into the venue instead. For the cost, the quality simply isn't there. It's a cute idea, but the experience doesn't live up to the hype. I wouldn't return or recommend it.

I was really excited to check out the Miracle pop-up at Waterside, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. You have $10 per person added to your check just to sit down, which already felt unreasonable, and our experience was not good outside of a few good photo opportunities. The drinks were mediocre at best—definitely not worth the premium price or the hype. The food was terrible and came out lukewarm, which made the experience even more underwhelming. Overall, it just wasn't worth the money. Cute idea, but the execution really missed the mark. I wouldn't recommend it.

The atmosphere is great—very cozy and festive! The staff could embody the Christmas spirit a bit more, though. The food is suited for snacking and was fine. The drinks were tasty and served in fun glasses/mugs. The Christmas music could have been louder, and the YouTube ads in between were a shame. A very nice concept, but the execution could be improved.

I dont think its worth it unless you are just into aesthetics. We were 5 people(3 dif check), my party order buffalo chicken dip, which came out in a cute Christmas tray. But the actual texture of the dip was of old play doh that sat out for a while, it had a hint of buffalo flavor and no spice. The other 2 check, order there charcuterie board. The first person came out maybe 30 minutes, the 2nd one took over 2 hours to come out and they forgot to add the cheese too it, so they ended up taking off the bill. The drinks were odd, as a table as a whole had 7 drinks total, maybe 3 of them were good. The gingerbread old fashion, just tasted like a normal old fashion, no gingerbread flavor. They had another one that tasted like pho broth. Another one tasted like weird milk lemon/plum. Of course the drinks came out in cute variety of mugs/cup, but yeah nice to look at but for most them being $15+ drinks, hope it tasted better. Also prior booking, I saw the time we were going, they were having a class to decorate door leaning, I tried to book it, but it said the class was full. So when we got there, I was going to ask if there was room for it still, but no class. Apparently the teacher didnt show up cause nobody booked the class. The host said this happen for another class where it was supposed to be crocheting but nobody signed up so the teacher didnt show up, but people tried to walk in to see if there was any availability. So something wrong with the website claiming classes are full when nothing happening. Lastly, when booking it says if canceled, you have to pay $5 per person, which is fine. When we paid our bill, there was a $10 cover charge, which i didnt see. Maybe I missed it? But thats ridiculous to make people pay $10 per check for terrible food, slow service, music barely paying. Also note, that at most it was 4 tables in there. So unsure why everything took so long. But yes go if you want cute photo background and cute photo of dishes/drinkware.

My friend group and I missed the Miracle at Waterside experience last year so we made sure to snap up a reservation for our girls day get together. We were VERY disappointed. We were one of maybe three tables in the whole place. It was absolutely dead. The decorations were festive but the lack of patrons made it feel about as sad as the food tasted. The food was abysmal! The menu was a limited “special” menu which meant it should have been good. It simply was not. The meatballs were not edible, the turkey sliders were dry and served with a mystery sauce, and the buffalo chicken dip was so thick and congealed that there was no dipping to be done. And the food took an hour to get to us. In a restaurant of 3 tables. The drinks were okay. But nothing to write home about. To their credit, our server and the manager were great and they did what they could to compensate us! They were the only highlight!

Took 40 mins for some microwaved meatballs, drink was brought over to the table spilling out of the cup and sticky all over the table, servers were doing their best to accommodate but being the first ones there for the day and none of the food was prepped was a little ridiculous. The decor was cute, you can buy the cups that the drinks come in so that was nice touch. But overall, not a great experience. I would recommend going during the evening/night if you do decide to try.

Miracle was a festive holiday experience but not worth the cost. The drinks were hit or miss and very expensive. The charcuterie board was mediocre at best. The buffalo chicken dip was good. Overall I'm glad I did it once but I wouldn't do it again.

We had such a great time here. Everything was so cute and festive. Vernae was our server and was extremely attentive and kept the party going by checking in often. She also nailed every single drink recommendation we asked for! And offered to take some cute photos of us with the cute backdrops that were set up. They even had props to use for the pics. We got the Buffalo dip, sliders, a burger and the churros. It was all delicious. The ornament painting was a fun memory to take home so be sure to add that on to your package! Highly recommend this place and hoping they do this again for other holidays <3

Cute decor but that's it. Very typical of Waterside's unfortunate business model of upcharging low effort items and understaffing to save on costs. The decor was fun but that's all you're getting. They don't have half of the items, everything is just a basic cocktail or appetizer given a Christmas name and up charged $5. The $16!!! cookies (6 total) were stale and clearly bought at a grocery store who knows how fat in advance. Service is incredibly slow because Waterside's entire plan revolves around having as many big accessible bars as possible but not paying anyone to staff them. Overall the ambiance is all you're getting here. It was alright paying $10 a person to get in and paint an ornament in a Christmasy room but when the food came out was when I genuinely started to feel ripped off. To top things off they try to bride you to leave a good review with “$5 off your $10 cover fee” which I'm sure is a response to seeing everyone here call out how low effort everything beyond the decor here is. If you're looking for a fun decorated space to gather for drinks with your friends and do a gift each exchange, this will definitely provide the scenery for it but considering the cost and how hollow the actual food and drink experience is you might be better off spending your money another way if you really care about getting your money's worth. TL;DR fun decor but not enough to make up for the price gauging on insanely low effort food and drink items. Essentially an uncharged Instagram Photo Booth, similar to airplane dining (here's some goldfish, that'll be $15)
