I was greeted warmly and seated immediately. Julia S. Was my server and she was lovely. The restaurant was clean. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious. My only complaint is if I’m asked how I want my burger cooked, it needs to be thick enough to actually cook it to the desired temperature. The burger was super thin so there is no way to cook it medium. However, it was tasty. The salad bar looked amazing so I’ll be back.

Lost 1 star for removing the eggs from the salad bar.

Very attentive and nice waitress, food was pretty ok. The coffee was really delicious. A pretty mellow dining experience. (They desperately need to dust their lampshades)

The chicken quesedilla didn't meet expectations for Ruby Tuesdays and was drive-thru quality. Loaded with a cheese spread and not much else though there were hard chicken bits. The guacamole portion was barely a teaspoon sized lump, and paired with a huge side of sour cream. I asked about the tiny drop of guacamole, the manager stopped my server and sent word that it would cost me extra. I won't go back to the Military Hwy store. They had few patrons and perhaps this is the reason.
UPDATE: I haven't heard anything from management since I provided my contact information as requested for it in their response to this review.

Vegetarian options: There is a salad bar.

Parking: There were gnats in the corner where I was seated. I was requested to stay there until my server could be notified. Wouldn't want to be confused with the other 2 tables of patrons by moving myself to keep gnats out of my food.

Kid-friendliness: Recommend kids during the day due to the chance the bar could have several patrons consuming alcohol.

Very poor service. Our waitress barely paid us any attention. I also ordered a rare New York strip and it was medium when I cut into it.

Always enjoy RT'S. Audrey took good care of me and made sure my steak was rare to my request. Steak was cooked to my preferred careless but seasoning was on the light side.

My sisters and I came here for lunch on a blistering Thurday in January. It was not to⁰ busy so we were seated immediately. We were asked if we wanted a table or a booth and we chose a booth.. The booth and seats were clean. Our waitress was named Shonda and she immediately took our drink order. Shonda brought our drinks back in 3 minutes and then took our order. All three of us ordered their lunch special which consists of a smash burger, fries or tots, and the unlimited salad bar for 8.99. Great deal...or so we thought. The salad bar was clean and stocked. Everything looked fresh and was delicious. The burgers however were a different story. The burgers were cold, the cheese never melted, and the lettuce wet, frozen, and slimy. When I bit into the burger, the lettuce actually made a crunching sound from the ice on the lettuce. Everyone's burger was like that. The actual burger was dry and had absolutely no flavor. And it definitely was not a smash burger. My fries were cold, but my sister's tots were hot and delicious. Our waitress Shonda was wonderful. She brought us our drink refills in a timely manner and was just very attentive. She had a great personality! When she heard about our burgers she immediately called her manager over to talk to us. The manager offered to make us new burgers and we asked for them To Go. I heard that the manager went to the kitchen herself to make the, which I thought was nice. When Shonda brought us our burgers to go, we saw that the manager gave us fresh fries and tots as well.
The biggest take away I have is mistakes happen and it won't stop me from going back. But most importantly, Ruby Tuesdays need to change their hamburgers. These are the worst burgers I have ever had. EVER!
