no busy at all but take too long for wait someone come to take order. Food and water come out too long. 15min for 2 cups of water come out. 25min for waiting food but no show yet. total waited is about 1hour. the thin and tall guy without uniform is unprofessional . we decided to leave

No ability to contact the broadcreek Norfolk location. You can't leave a message. No one answers the phone. I tried calling close to 20 times. No email address. So if there are any issues you can't get ahold of them.

Service was great, I got a Philly cheese steak, which was an absolute disappointment. Meat tasted like it was cook3d yesterday, and then microwaved. My buddy got a smash burger that he said was pretty good. Pretty hard to screw up tater tots, and those were yummy. Literally the best part of my meal, besides the beer.

I went to ruby Tuesdays at first I was excited but it took like 15 minutes for the waiter to even get to us then we waited 30 minutes to get the food and I didn’t get what I asked for and didn’t tell me they were out of burgers they didn’t say nothing I hate this place I want to sue…

I was greeted warmly and seated immediately. Julia S. Was my server and she was lovely. The restaurant was clean. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious. My only complaint is if I’m asked how I want my burger cooked, it needs to be thick enough to actually cook it to the desired temperature. The burger was super thin so there is no way to cook it medium. However, it was tasty. The salad bar looked amazing so I’ll be back.
