We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table to take drink orders, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy—only about three other booths were occupied, with two people at each. After another 20 minutes, the drinks arrived, but they were wrong, and one was an alcoholic drink given to my 12-year-old daughter. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, so we walked out. We will never return.

Food was ok at best. Service wasn't anything to talk about. We were served. Waitress checked on us at the end. All the drinks were empty, never asked how things were and was more interested in socializing with coworkers. The cook/salad bar guy was nice and talkative.
We were on vacation and didn't know the area. This was a recommendation from a family member because we don't have one in our city. Now we know why we don't have a Ruby Tuesday.

I love the current specials and the effort made to serve fresh, hot or cold food. If I am in a city with a Ruby Tuesday, it’s my first choice of where to go and eat.
