I went here fromSuffolk and the store was closed due to lack of employees. I wasn't upset about the reason I was more upset that this wasn't on the voicemail or their Facebook page.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a Philly cheese steak or chop cheese! So much flavor and the owner is really nice and accommodating! Must try! We'll definitely be back.

Happened to find this place bc I was craving a cheesesteak and our usual spot was closed. What a blessing that was. Parking required navigating around the back of the business to an empty lot (or approach via an apron on the adjacent one way (26th?) and risk hitting a concrete slab corner. I saw cars parked curbside, but wasn't sure if it was permitted or not. So be prepared. I opted for a Philly cheesesteak hoagie with a toasted bun, sweet peppers, and oil. Man was it good! Generous helping of meat, crunchy yet soft roll. It was so good that I started on the second half knowing I shouldn't, was already full, and going to be bursting soon. There were some other menu options that sounded good so we'll have to go back and check them out again soon. Afterwards, I spent some time talking to the owner (nice chap) about the business; he leaves his personal cell number up by the register in the event that there's a problem.Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! I can say the wings are delicious and the fries are amazing! I ordered a Reuben and it exceeded my expectations in taste, time, presentation, and it was served warm and toasty! The House Ranch is amazing! My service was nice and patient. The ambiance is lovely and well lit. It is very clean inside the building too. The portion size was so much I always have to take food home. I will be back again!

An errand brought me in the area at lunch time. I bought the Mushroom and cheesesteak sandwich. It was ready in about 10 minutes and I was out of there. They are very efficient and delicious food. Hard to beat. They also sell Herr's chips, but you will pay a premium. The half is sufficient for most for lunch.

Can't give it a rating because they were not opened due to being short staffed! A lovely young lady did come to the door to inform me about the closing and said to keep checking their FaceBook page! I'm hoping the next time I go that they have the proper staffing because the pictures looked good!

I really like this place. The food is good. The kool aid as a drink is fun (but be prepared to need some water to cut it because it is made SWEET). Service has always been solid. Hours seem a bit all over due to post Covid world so make sure to check before going.

I was really looking forward to trying their hoagies but every time I would call to place an order and for the 15th time, no answer. Yelp says it's open so I decided to make a trip there to place my order in person versus placing it online. Thank goodness I checked because this place doesn't exist. The sign says open during Tuesday through Saturday but their doors are closed and doesn't look like anyone is working. So be careful, if you place an order online, you may not get your food.

I think in the future I'll eat at the restaurant. By the time I traveled back to the beach I had a bit of soggy bread. Taste wise definitely good eating. The online portion was a bit if a cluster. It showed everything being "sold out", so it left no way to order ahead and pick up. It's annoying ordering any food on Granby then having to pay 8 bucks to park for less than 10 mins. The order process inside was cool. Walk up and order from a iPad kiosk, takes about 15 mins per order.

I'm glad this restaurant reopened this week! This is my favorite cheese steak sandwich restaurant in Norfolk, VA! I think it was closed for 2 months, & it's back to business! I had it with mayo, American cheese and jalapeño peppers! Muy deliciosa! Yummy!

Today, my husband and I mutually agreed to try Philadelphia Hoagie Factory in Norfolk Virginia. The employee handing our order was polite and my husband chose the Broad Street Bully ( with 12 inch hoagie roll light mayo salt black pepper oil vinegar lettuce tomato onion pepper side of hot pepper) while I chose the Triple Threat Hoagie (spicy mustard oil vinegar salt black pepper tomato onion mushroom). The Triple Threat sandwich tasted good and I had some leftover to try for tomorrow. My husband enjoyed the fried mushrooms.

The best thing to eat on a summer day. This water ice screams the tropics. I haven't been up top in a while I came across this restaurant and it gave me everything I needed. I ordered a medium which was huge. I'll definitely go back for another and try a hoagie or two
