The food is kind of tasteless. Very strange for a Japanese teriyaki mall joint. The chicken had an odd taste and texture like it was old and being recooked for the 2nd or 3rd time. Even with the sauce on top it was bland. Something has a hint of fishiness. Can't put my finger on it. Dissapointing. I payed for extra chicken but didn't get anymore than the people getting the normal portion. This mall is dead and apparently this place is rationing. Saw the lady working clean the rice spoon with her bare hands back into the pot. Eww. Couldn't finish my food because of the taste. I feel bad for the owners but it is what it is.

Not gonna lie this is the best restaurant Outlet I’ve ever been to Seriously, their teriyaki chicken made me go into heaven for about a whole minute. I wanna go back.

Such a shame. I used to dine here all of the time and the one time I decided to come by, they were very underwhelming. I ordered their chicken entrée and an order of their shrimp tempura. My entrée came in but when I asked about the shrimp tempura, she had told me I had not ordered it but still charged me for it. She told me I could place another order (as if I didn't know already), but I just turned and walked with my order. The chicken was the only good thing out of it unfortunately, sith the rice almost tasting like candy and the cabbage and vegetables tasting either bland or watery, as if they were in the heat lamp for too long. Hate to say it, but it has gone way downhill.

All you can eat but nothing for people that don't eat alot. Wife got 1 roll and I got 2 rolls and paid 23.50 a person. Service was bad. Had to flag down someone to get a fork to cut the vegetables and they bring us a plastic fork ? not going there again. Lesson learned. Parking is a joke. 10.00 to park.

The owner is so rude, he yelled across the counter while we are not even that far away from each other. Keep saying the wrong price and I have to asked multiple times again. Will not return.
