An A+ for atmosphere, food, and service. I did a Google search and saw $4.00 tacos and thought hey, well, give it a go. It was worth the stop and a return visit. The inside is small, with more bar seating and outdoor seating. It's a natural vibe, I must say. Artwork is something to see. The drink menu has cute names. Now, let me get into the tacos. It is freshly made and worth the wait. I had black bean tacos and shrimp—the black tastes newly made, with no can, toppings, and fresh cuts. And the local hot sauce is the best combination to top it off.Shrimp is only on Wednesday and Thursday after 6 pm.

This place was amazing. Stopped in with wife and granddaughter before the Snow White ballet at the opera house down the street. Bar owner is spot on, and extremely friendly. Good time all around.Kid-friendliness: Christian was incredible. He talked with our granddaughter as he would with any other patron.
Went there for the first time and the tacos were delicious. You will not be disappointed. The staff was super friendly as well.

Like the tee-shirt says Bar-Tacos-Art. This no frills place has an amazing atmosphere great cocktails, delicious tacos, creative art, and a rocking sound track to finish out the vibe.
Great place for wonderful personalized Tacos! Christian is the owner and so personable. He checked on us several times, chatted and wanted to be sure that we enjoyed the whole experience! We were supposed to go somewhere else but so glad we were led to Sanctuary!! Check them out!!
Sanctuary was an awesome experience and fabulous food. Christian, the owner, provided great service. The tacos were superb! We ended up there by chance, but we're so glad we did. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an eclectic hole in the wall with the best tacos!!

This was a ‘stumble on to’ on our way to a show at the Ted and it’s now an instant favorite. Everything about the entire visit varied between impressive, great and excellent. We’ve already got a half dozen friends coming next time which will be in a week.Ordered two tacos and person with me did the same with a mixed drink. I had to order a second time and took the picture which arrive in the same great presentation and quantity as the first order.

Went here with a friend off of a highly favorable recommendation from a trust worthy source. And to my surprise it didn’t disappoint. Off the beaten path tucked in a corner away from traffic Santuary is easy to miss if you’re not paying attention. It’s just across the street from Hummingbird establishment. There’s in your face style art, movies, music and excellent tacos that won’t disappoint. The day I went I happened to meet the owner, traded stories, and even purchased some art in the process. I would definitely come back to Sanctuary and recommend it to others.

Tacos were AMAZING! I had the BBQ Chicken and Pulled Pork. This place is a "build it yourself" kind of menu. A checklist with options, and you choose what you want. I had the soft (flour) with one of the "Sanctuary" tacos. "Sanctuary" is a hard shell within a soft flour, and it was delicious. Chicken was my favorite of the two, but the pulled pork was still very yummy! Drinks were awesome and the staff was even better! Quick food, quick drinks, and a friendly welcoming vibe. Highly recommend to anybody looking for good food, drink, and atmosphere. Will definitely be eating here again!!
