Sawasdee Thai Cuisine

This has been our favorite Thai restaurant for years. The new owners have kicked it up a notch with fresh new decor and beautiful new food options. I am gluten free and they are very accommodating with changes to keep my food safe. Some of my favorites are Larb Gai, Tom Yum, Woon Sen & Ginger Lovers. The service is friendly and attentive. Always a pleasure!

We ordered a large order, 6 bags total and everything was not only correct but was hot and fresh. This is our only Thai restaurant we go to in all of Hampton Roads. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality Thai food.

Clean, cozy place with very friendly and efficient service. My colleague had the fried rice, which was excellent,strong, well-balanced flavors and a generous portion. I ordered the Tom Kha and the Pad Kra Prow; both were good, but the flavors could have been a bit more developed to reach the same level as the fried rice. Presentation across all dishes was appealing.

Overall, a very good experience. Solid 4 out of 5. I would return.

A staple for all of the 7-cities. My boyfriend that travels said it is one of his favorites. I’m the vegetarian in the relationship & they have great options for me. I recommend their Chai tea as well!

I ordered takeout from here and it was ready really fast! The food was excellent. I had the Pad Ka Prow, which is not offered at many Thai places, and it was some of the best that I've had. Friendly service while I was there! I will definitely go back and bring people with me :)

I highly recommend NOT to eat that this place , walked in to order the lady was very rude digging in her nose talking my order, so I was seconding guessing myself, so I still decided to order. So while I’m ordering she walks away while I’m giving my order, still digging in her nose, my son turns to the left and seen 2 huge German roaches on the counter. I said naw we will take are business else . Plzzzz don’t eat here guys it’s filthy in there
