Do not waste your money! They messed up my order on lunch break. I bring food back after work expecting fresh correct order. Manager tells me they only messed up to be p on the sauce. So basically I gotta keep old sub and just put correct sauce on it. Though sub is 6 hours old and wasnt eaten due to their negligence on attention to order. For a $18 sub without anything else. I expect it to be right or at least rectified when it isn't right. Ruined my lunch and unfortunately had to eat 6 hour old sub with correct sauce.

The girl taking our order looked like we were bothering her. She took my order then dropped the popcorn shrimp the went back to taking orders. Wish I saw her wash her hands but I didn't. The food looked good but the bread fell apart on the first bite. Poboys should hold firm and not slip apart as if the bread is a week old. It did not satisfy that urge I had for a poboy. The fries were OK but grease needed to be changed days ago. Overall it was my first time and probably my last unless the group eats there and I don't wanna be left out.

Visited the Skrimp Shack for the 1st time on 7-4-25. My family and I decided to give it a try and are so glad that we did. There were plenty of options to select from, and the store's staff were all very pleasant. Even when asking for to go boxes, the front counter was helpful and even asked if we needed small or larger boxes. (Many places will often just make the choice and give you a small box). I wouldn't consider myself a food vlogger, but I never miss a chance to leave feedback, whether good or bad. We were greeted upon entering the establishment. There were lots of customers of varying walks of life placing or picking up orders. Based on this, it led me to believe that everyone enjoyed this place. I believe we were assisted by a manager or shift leader (Joseph C) who was very useful in helping us decide on what to select. The customer service was top tier. I didn't feel rushed when placing our order, even though it was peak time. Joseph was patient while explaining the menu and even offered an alternative meal to me. Our food was served in a timely manner and was hot and delicious. We pleasantly enjoyed our rations, the prices were affordable, and the portions were overly sufficient. We even had leftovers, so I took it to my son, who is stationed here in Norfolk. He enjoyed it as well and said that he would start coming here. He will undoubtedly inform his shipmates about this place, so you've gained many new customers in one visit. All in all, we will be back again. Thanks for taking care of my family and me. May you have long success and many visitors. Keep doing what you're doing. It's working. Ps, the restrooms were clean and smelled really good.
