Back home I love Shrimp Shack. Eating at this one in Norfolk almost has me questioning if I ever loved it at all. My food was burnt, fried in old grease and was served to me 6 minutes after I placed a $60 order. There's no way my food was cooked when I ordered it. Eat here at your own risk of still being hungry after you spend $60 on food for dinner.

I ordered the Skrimp, Crab and Corn Bisque and there was absolutely no shrimp in it. It seems as though they substituted potatoes for seafood because there was little to no crab meat as well. I also got a portion relatively small compared to the container they put the bisque in. Very disappointing. I also got nuggets and fries for my little one and the nuggets were tiny, dry, and hard. Do better

Workers like to play alot. Grease needs to be changed more often. Collards is quite greasy. Like pork fat was poured in.3/11/2024 guy working at register wiped this nose 5 times with his hand. Then he grabbed gloves without washing his hands. Health Department please visit regularly incognito.

Ordered my husband a plain fish sandwich and Mac cheese. Got home, my husband started eating his sandwich and then had an allergic reaction to the food. I asked for plain fish. As my husband can't have spicy food due to allergies. His throat started trying to close up. I tasted it and it was spicy and phot. Would not recommend to any one. A $20.00 dollar meal almost killed my husband
