My friends hosted an engagement party at Smartmouth Virginia Beach and asked me to help out. Tori and her co-workers were friendly and most accommodating with any requests. They helped with the set up, refrigerated our desserts and put them out after the dinner. The facility has a great vibe and is a perfect space for a large party.

Beers and staff were awesome, the vibe here was just laid back and chill the attached food truck ghost kitchen with it's rotating menu is genius and delicious!

Not only the best beer in Hampton Roads but by far the best service (meaning most thoughtful, intelligent, responsible) of any brewery I've visited (I am old enough to have visited many!). The people who work here are smart and perceptive, able to handle the many requests that come with serving beer, and servers consistently engage newcomers and known customers with the same attention and care. Have brought many friends and out of town guests to this spot and it is always a memorable favorite, especially when Jason is working: Smartmouth is a Norfolk gem, and it feels good to support an establishment that abides by laws and regulations that are good for Everyone.

One of my buddy is disabled. Man can’t walk without cane and we brought cane to brewery. They said our buddy is too drunk that he can’t walk.
