I always place my order via the app. I’ve come to this location several times and each time it’s slow service, order mixups and other nonsense. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Boycott this location and hopefully something better takes its place.

Well I PAID for the Double Cheeseburger on Pretzel Bun, and RECEIVED an ORDINARY bun at the Pretzel Price. This was AFTER waiting 22 mins at Bank #4. Terrible service, equally terrible execution on the Food. I will never run out of people to tell about AVOIDING THIS PLACE! Just awful all the way around. If I could give you LESS than a Star I Certainly would.

Had to get order corrected 3 times and it still wasn't correct in the end. Just got tired of waiting. Waited 40 minutes for 2 double cheeseburger meals.

Had to fix and repeat order 6 times. then confirm on the receipt that the order is correct. Just for 2 sides to be missing and one of the sandwiches to be wrong… go in to get it fixed and still not fixed. The guy taking our order with was 4 orders said he couldn’t really hear us but whoever prepped the food didn’t follow the order… Not great and then getting it fixed and it’s still not corrected that is another issue…

Today 11/01/2025 2:25pm I order a moblie order. On the website it say pick up time was 2:25pm. I went on this location at military highway sonic at 2:30pm so i was expecting my milkshake was ready. I pull out in the stall to let them know that i will picking the milkshake. They said they ginna bring out the milkshake. I wait like 20mins. Then i went inside the store. And my milkshake was ready and nobody want to bring it in the stall. The time i had my “milkshake” is actually look and taste loke chocolate milk.. don’t go to this location.. employee was LAZY! And they don’t even busy when i atrive to this location..

She is always here during the weekdays when I choose to come for a quick lunch. Someone give this woman a raise!

When i.made my phone call to.the military hwy store she was friendly and answered all my questions and I drove from shore drive to.get the Best breakfast burrito they way I like. Drive thru was awesome! Will take that drive if need be.

Food is always good but my it seems that just about every sonic i got mixes my drink, an unblended mango ice cream slush, even after i make sure they i understand what im asking. Smh. Service was ok but a bunch of the outdoor kiosks were out of order, which killed the vibe a bit but i digress because i always come back when i want my simple sugar fix.

Every time I come to this location it takes forever! I ordered 4 slushies through the app. Pulled up to the carport. Waited 15 minutes. No one ever came. Ended up having to get in the drive-thru line which was another 10 minutes. Smh 25 mins for 4 slushies.

Don't go here unless you want a small order of cold fries, pre-cooked cold burgers, and a rude sugar boy that have a problem if you ask for your receipt or condiments at the drive through window. I paid $27 and some change for some 💩. Where are the managers making sure that fries 🍟 arent cooked too soon, or burgers thats cooked and placed to the side for orders because its late and they are trying to rush home. Youngstas

This is the slowest sonic ever ...every time I come to this location they are like 5 people n 4 of em are walking around on their phones ..yesterday they missed a whole bag of food...had to turn around n go all the way back..today they are moving so slow like it's only one worker .. this is pitiful.... Do better sonic smh
