Every time I come to this location it takes forever! I ordered 4 slushies through the app. Pulled up to the carport. Waited 15 minutes. No one ever came. Ended up having to get in the drive-thru line which was another 10 minutes. Smh 25 mins for 4 slushies.

Don't go here unless you want a small order of cold fries, pre-cooked cold burgers, and a rude sugar boy that have a problem if you ask for your receipt or condiments at the drive through window. I paid $27 and some change for some 💩. Where are the managers making sure that fries 🍟 arent cooked too soon, or burgers thats cooked and placed to the side for orders because its late and they are trying to rush home. Youngstas

This is the slowest sonic ever ...every time I come to this location they are like 5 people n 4 of em are walking around on their phones ..yesterday they missed a whole bag of food...had to turn around n go all the way back..today they are moving so slow like it's only one worker .. this is pitiful.... Do better sonic smh

Food was MEH at best, but that's maybe because It doesn't ring the same as it did in my youth. The staff here was very friendly, however, which was nice. I ordered through the drive thru for the first time in my 30 years of life at Sonic, and it was not a headache, and I didn't feel pressured the atmosphere was just as nostalgic as before and that is one thing that never changed which was great

Straight up just didnt get my food. I ordered a single drink, ahead on the app. Sat at my booth checked in for 20 minutes, pressed the button, got nothing. The drive through barely moved while I was there. I then just had to leave or be miss my plans. I just wanted a cold drink man

If I could give a negative 5 I would. 1st visit milkshake extremely thick basically a McFlurry had to eat with spoon not drinkable. Hey, gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back second visit 20 minutes in drive through for 3 shakes received wrong order. Waited another 10 just to get the wrong shakes again. Went through drive through the lady answer and said drive through only. Remind u I was in line 30 minor them to mess and me wait again. Got the remake. WRONG AGAIN. At this point I was so frustrated I was ready to go. I’m fine never again. Long wait, no customer service, low quality food production.

Literally waited 30 mins just to not get my food because their tap to pay didn’t work n the other system to put the card number in didn’t work either. Wasted more than half of my lunch waiting on them just to not even get my food n eat anything.

A pointless stall system. Spent 25mins for a #6. And the fries came cold. Just seemed like an inefficient shift. It was a first for me at Sonic and definitely endured enough to know it was my last. Nothing was worth it- customer service was mediocre, food was out of temperature and the stall system failed me miserably.

After serving overseas, I decided to grab a limeade. I used to drink these all the time when I was in the U.S. however it seems like the quality has dropped. That would be the first and last time I head to Sonic.
