Website says it opens at 3:30, sign says 4:00, nope 4:33. The staff seems to just work when they want without regard for the fact that they have a monopoly on breakfast/coffee at the airport.

Just visited the Starbucks in Gate A and the young woman who took my order was so nice. I didn’t catch her name, but I just wanted to give her a shoutout for helping me choose a drink to my liking. I typically don’t like Starbucks and I’m not familiar with their menu, but our interaction was so refreshing and I look forward to ordering the drink she recommended in the future. Small gesture, but kindness, no matter how small, matters so much to me these days.

This review is for the Starbucks at gate B17. Went there this morning, and I always do a mobile order due to the number of people flying out early morning. The order went through at 4:40 and they weren’t open yet even though the app said they were. Fast forward, coffee was finally ready about ten minutes late. Food was about another 20 minutes later, with folks who were currently ordering at the counter getting their food first. When I asked about it, the young lady making the coffee replied that the food orders were backed up. My observation was that the young lady making the food was not pleasant at all and was somewhat dismissive when asked about orders for folks who were now boarding their flights. She was super rude and not friendly at all. Pretty sure if she could’ve thrown the food across the counter, she would have. Worst experience I’ve had at this location and not a great way to start a long day of flying.

Great interaction with the lone worker this morning (Jan 16, 24). Tammy was very pleasant and friendly. I left my snack purchase and she came and found me 30 minutes later to give it to me. Couldn't have asked for a better interaction nor have I experienced one from any other Starbucks.

This Starbucks location is filthy. Food and debris all over the counters and floor, open, full trash containers right under the coffee makers, poorly stocked and messy displays, unkept employees…it’s a disaster and whoever the manager is should be ashamed. Very poor representation of the Starbucks brand.

No decaf fresh brew. This is unfortunate that I can’t get a decaf fresh brew and I’m forced to pay more for decaf Americano.

Waited for an hour to be told they won’t open since they’re short staffed. They had 3 people and didn’t want to cause “undue stress” to their staff. I (and around 15 other people) waited for an hour for them to tell us this, only after someone asked very loudly because we could hear the staff laughing in the break room. 3 people is plenty to make coffee and take orders in a not busy airport. At 4:00 am (listed open time), the manager was overheard saying she would open whenever she felt like it and she would refuse service to anyone who questioned her. I should’ve left then but I decided to wait because a staff member said 4:30 they would open. Please fire this manager. Starbucks is going to lose a lot of money paying employees to laugh in the break room while no customers get served.

The Starbucks staff in terminal B were outstanding- cheerful, friendly, personable- the line was steady but moved and the 3 baristas were a great team. Don’t usually comment but wanted someone to know the women were delightful-

They managed to mess up the order twice. Waited until my flight boarded, they were too busy chatting. Claiming ‘I called your order out, you must have missed it’. While I’m right there for 25 minutes. No drink, no 7 dollars, no more Starbucks.
