Waited 30 minutes to get to front of line and then told the espresso machine is broke. So, order a iced green tea and told they have no tops and no straws. Then proceed to my flight where the iced tea tips over and spills since there was no top. I cannot make this up.

They say they're open at 3:30am. It's almost 8 on a weekday and it's cold & dark. At least update the sign or mention a staff shortage if you're going to pull this kind of shenanigan??

Worst I've seen ever! Only 2 ppl working at 5am and not taking orders. Have been on line for almost 20 minutes and only 6 ppl ahead of me. Don't come here! They only take care of mobile orders. They think in store customers are a nuisance. And they only take mobile orders if you pay to reload a Starbucks card, which has a fee. Don't come here!! Its the worst Starbucks in all of US. And belive me, the workers are NOT overwhelmed. They are taking their sweet time hoping for ppl to just leave the line. Don't come here, save your money.

30 minutes for a small americano

30 minutes in line and could not order warm food because my flight was about to board. Two attendants tried hard but between the line and mobile orders could not keep up. How can an airport facility be so understaffed? I guess the new CEO did not improve anything. Do better Starbucks

Location was grossly understaffed and it took 40 minutes for them to get close to my order. I had to board a flight so had to settle for a drip coffee opposed to what i ordered. I will say the staff was pretty calm which was impressive but they just weren’t staffed to churn out orders like you need to be at an airport location. They also gave no real acknowledgement or apology that they were very behind.
