Very poor customer service. The employee named Tammy, around 8:45 p.m. on Friday, showed a completely disrespectful attitude. She did not provide proper help or assistance, and her treatment toward us was unpleasant. As Hispanic customers, her behavior was even more offensive. The way she treats the public is unacceptable and makes people feel uncomfortable

I can only dream about enjoying my job as much as the gentleman that took my order this morning. He was moving fast and be-bopping along with the background music. Made me smile 😊

It shouldn’t have taken 25 minutes to only get 2 drinks and not the other THREE items that were ordered that I had to walk away from due to boarding call. Thanks Starbucks.

Starbucks is already expensive, then the prices are higher in the airport. The least the employees can do is make your order how you ask. If I pay extra for cold foam why is a slash of cold foam being added and the rest poured down the drain. Give me my cold foam
Poor customer service at this location. Too busy talking amongst themselves and not listening to what the customer is saying. It appears its a problem to ask for a bag for your food at this location too.
Again, on 10/31/25 an attendant by the name of Tammy was very disrespectful, and unfriendly. Quite an experience for a Halloween night. It was definitely a wierd experience. Employees at this location just can't get it right. Apparently, a manager wasn't on duty, so therefore, I guess she figured she could say what she wants, and pump up the attitude. You've lost a loyal customer Starbucks. I will not visit this location again. The manager needs to hire more customer friendly people.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Only 1 person making drinks at 8am. The worker taking orders didn’t bother helping out and just sat there. The manager just mopped while watching the line back up and then left. I waited over 35 minutes for them to completely run out of my drink and not even offer me a refund. Don't come here, save your money.

Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. Only 2 people Serving, not told about the wait time. Had an early morning flight, waited 25 minutes and was told to wait for another 15 minutes! Had to rush for my flight and left without my morning coffee! you pay to wait and leave without your drink!!

Rude people. Yelled at someone waiting to order.. saying: “you get out.. no more customers”..at 6:15 pm.. when it closes at 7:00 pm .
Worst Starbucks of all time. Avoid. Drink water if necessary.
