Coffee was excellent, sandwhich felt like maybe it had sat for a minute. To be fair to this location, I've seen them be fast! But tonight on my way into night shift, they weren't. I'd agree with others who say only go if you're not in a hurry...you just don't know what kind of service it'll be that day.

Please be warned about this place. Husband and I had ordered his drink ahead and decided to go get it. While we were there we added a drink and a sandwich that came to about 12.83 cents. Get to the window and we collect the drinks and sandwich and hand the cashier a 50 dollar bill. She hands us back a wad of cash and says have a nice day. I count the change back and it isn't what we should of gotten, it was less. I ask for a receipt, which she didn't hand us either and she just stood there at the machine very slowly getting us the reciept. I looked at it when she handed it to me and she jipped us 5 dollars from our change back. I pulled into a spot and went in and explained and the cashier up front was nice and got the manager and the manager came out and grabbed my 5 dollars from the register where the girl was at. No sorry or anything. I know that 5 dollars may not be alot to some, and maybe she was trying to give herself a tip, which is a big NO NO, but never ever skimp a customers cash back or change back. ALWAYS COUNT IT BACK TO THEM AND GIVE THEM THE RECEIPT. I noticed it before I drove off which I wonder how many times this has happened before with the same girl and the same location. She probably put it either in the tip jar or in her apron. Very unprofessional and honestly this is a thief move. She didnt even seem to bat and eye and did it without remorse. Took forever getting our receipt too because it seemed like she was trying to not get caught. Definitely not ordering from this location again unless it is a mobile prepaid order. Horrible.

17 minute wait for a coffee in the drive-thru today. There were only 3 cars in front of me when I ordered. Embarrassing. Not even an apology from an employee.

The location on Colonial Ave seems to put far too much priority toward preparing online order requests over fulfilling the orders of those people in the store or drive thru. Waited 20 min for one drink ordered inside the store. Watched multiple online orders prepared and collecting on the counter. No one was picking up those orders. Seems like customers standing right there in the store should receive priority.

So sick of this place skimping on cold foam. I pay extra for it, stop wasting my money. I see you make it in the blender and waste most of what’s made too, just put it on my drink!

This Starbucks is also slow even when you order with the app ahead of time they always make you wait and proceed to help every other customer regardless of the order they came in and this store is always dirty trash just laying around inside and outside on the patio I would give them zero stars but that’s not a option they should really do a better job or just close the in store part and just make it a drive through

An employee this morning was rude to an old man for picking up drinks, trying to find his order, and talked to him like he was stupid. A customer helped him locate his order.the pickup counter was a distaster. Multiple customers, including myself, waited for a very long time to receive our orders.

This location sucks. I walked in and instead of being warmly greeted, one of the baristas looked at me annoyingly and said “do you know what you want to order?” Then when I finally get to order, the cashier rung up a cold drink instead of a hot drink so that’s what printed out on the ticket and the other barista made it cold because of that. Okay, honest mistake. He remakes me drink and forgets to steam the milk so then I’m left with a lukewarm drink with a cold center lmao. They finally get it right but for some reason it still tasted subpar. Then the bacon on the double smoked bacon sandwich wasn’t all the way cooked and I know that happens sometimes but it was just an overall disappointment at this location. Also I was trying to use the restroom which had a lock code on it and when I asked another one of the baristas for the code, she rudely asked me if I ordered something… Yeah I just wouldn’t recommend this location.

Ive gone here multiple times, staff and service is usually excellent. Friendly, I'd say maybe one or two times it maybe sounded like the server might have missed their morning coffee, but nothing I can'tcomplain about . My order's are never wrong, they let me get an ice water and condiments without complaints. Gonna be my go-to coffee shop for awile.

Parking: rush hour can get super busy, drive through line can get super backed up. inside is not a bad choice.

Kid-friendliness: Leave your kids outside please.

If I could give this place one star I would!
The customer service here is terrible. When I ordered my Matcha, they did not ask me what type of milk I want or what size I wanted it even though I brought my own cup that was a Venti. They gave me a grande inside of the Venti cup. They obviously tried to justify why But it wasn’t a Justification. The same thing happened to my sister. They did not ask her what size she wanted so they gave her any size when trying to speak to them. They damn near ignored you and they also didn’t offer any napkins of any sort. Do not go to this Starbucks go to the one on Granby. It’s the closest one to that area.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and while I appreciate the friendly staff, the drinks are inconsistent. Some days my order is perfect , other days is completely off- whether it’s the taste, the burnt espresso, or how it’s made. It’s frustrating not knowing what to expect each visit There a few baristas who my drink everytime, seems as if this store always has barista’s In training. All I be wanting is my matcha 🍵 made right!!
