Ive gone here multiple times, staff and service is usually excellent. Friendly, I'd say maybe one or two times it maybe sounded like the server might have missed their morning coffee, but nothing I can'tcomplain about . My order's are never wrong, they let me get an ice water and condiments without complaints. Gonna be my go-to coffee shop for awile.
Parking: rush hour can get super busy, drive through line can get super backed up. inside is not a bad choice.
Kid-friendliness: Leave your kids outside please.

If I could give this place one star I would! The customer service here is terrible. When I ordered my Matcha, they did not ask me what type of milk I want or what size I wanted it even though I brought my own cup that was a Venti. They gave me a grande inside of the Venti cup. They obviously tried to justify why But it wasn’t a Justification. The same thing happened to my sister. They did not ask her what size she wanted so they gave her any size when trying to speak to them. They damn near ignored you and they also didn’t offer any napkins of any sort. Do not go to this Starbucks go to the one on Granby. It’s the closest one to that area.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and while I appreciate the friendly staff, the drinks are inconsistent. Some days my order is perfect , other days is completely off- whether it’s the taste, the burnt espresso, or how it’s made. It’s frustrating not knowing what to expect each visit There a few baristas who my drink everytime, seems as if this store always has barista’s In training. All I be wanting is my matcha 🍵 made right!!

This location no longer serves free water without purchasing something. "Store policy" and yet they wonder why they're getting boycotted. My plan of action here today was to get a cup of ice water and tip the employees, not add revenue for the corporation. Yay we love companies that deny people water. 🫡💙

Disappointing Service and Long Wait Times
I’ve given this Starbucks multiple chances, but the wait times are consistently unacceptable. Three times now, I’ve ordered my drink well in advance, only to arrive and find it hasn’t even been started. Today was the worst—I placed my order 20 minutes before my shift at 5 PM, arrived at 4:55 because I work 2 mins away in the next plaza and still had to wait because my drink wasn’t made yet. I even had to ask how much longer it would take, which made me late for work.
It feels like you have to order an hour ahead just to get your drink on time. Meanwhile, some employees move at a painfully slow pace, showing no urgency even when there are clear delays. I understand being busy, but this is just poor service. Definitely reconsidering if it’s worth coming here anymore.

This location has effectively become a homeless shelter. It's still clean and safe, but there is no room for paying customers. Won't be going here anymore.

This is a very busy and cramped location. The employees are very nice, but it took 20 minutes at 9:00 in the morning to get a pink refresher... I really don't think it should take 20 minutes of standing and waiting for an iced beverage that requires no brewing whatsoever

Do not make the mistake of walking in. In person orders are very slow, as priority is given to the drive thru and online/app orders. You will wait forever.
I don’t frequent Starbucks anymore, but when I did, this location was the only one I’d visit in the entire 7 Cities. Today, while waiting at a nearby nail salon for my wife, I overheard a customer yelling at the top of his lungs. Despite the chaos, the barista on the headset—Amber—handled the situation with incredible calm and professionalism. She didn’t miss a beat and continued serving customers with grace. If you stop by, please wish Amber a great day on my behalf!
