Two girls that worked 7Feb2026 closing shift. Arrived 12 minutes before closing, asked if I could get a toasted cheese danish. The register asked the girl cleaning the toaster if “she wanted to toast or not”…. The girl said no.. 10 minutes until 6PM. Really? Let’s fulfill our entire shift, then clean maybe? Or do we prioritize flying off shift at exactly 6? Super lazy service. Let’s do better as I’m sure you’re being paid to work until 6, not close shop early.

Hello, I don't usually do this but I haven't felt more unwelcome in an establishment. Idk if I just read the vibes wrong or what but I felt really uncomfortable. First, it was pouring the rain so by the time I go into the bucks, I was wet from the rain. The kid behind the counter says, "you need some water you something?" and it kind of just threw me off. I went to order my drink and made the joke, "I don't look that homeless do I?" and the response was, "there's a difference between looking homeless and just looking like you don't have any money," while looking directly at me. I battling an autoimmune disease and was dressed comfortably so I could work on my finals. I love Starbucks and I don't know if this was directed at me, but it was really off-putting and inflammatory. I ordered my drink, there was no thank you, no, have a good day, nothing? I work in customer service and try not to let these things bother me but there was something just really unfriendly and unwelcoming about their behavior. Additionally, I witnessed their behavior being completely different to the other customers in there and it eventually made me so uncomfortable that I just left. Like I said, I don't go around leaving stupid reviews for people just because things don't go my way. I'm not like that, but I felt really unwelcome, judged, and rushed simply because of my appearance on my one day off from work. Thanks.

I visited this Starbucks today and I usually don’t leave reviews but, Olivia was amazing! She was very polite and made our day! I have seen her multiple times before and she deserves a raise!
