Worst Starbucks I've been to. Vanilla bean frappe tasted like nothing at all. Had the texture of chalk. Asked for Carmel drizzle and cookie crumbles throughout & only received at the top. Wouldn't recommend.

Not the best location here. The staff is either indifferent, petty, or downright rude. Have been coming for 4 months and nothing changes.Out of things and a bad atittude makes for an off-putting experience. Will go somewhere else from now on.

Ordered a venti refresher with no ice , was served a half full drink which is not at all what i paid for. When I asked employee why my drink was not full, she had a nasty attitude which I did not appreciate. They did not even fix my problem, only gave me ice.

Fast service at freshmen orientation for ODU students. The order was accurate, hot and customer service was excellent!

Tamika, the manager, is extremely rude and condescending to ODU students. I got a simple drink (nitro cold brew with sweet cream), and it was made as an iced coffee. When I asked for a new drink and even offered to pay, she was extremely rude to my friend and I for no reason and had horrible communication skills. I feel bad because the other employees here are all amazing and helpful, especially Noreen.

I'm giving this location high marks because of the awesome staff, the cleanliness of the location, and customer service. I am a stickler for great customer service! Customers want to be treated well each time they visit...no matter how many times they visit. And this location does just that!! This is a new location and I love that it's so close! Originally, I thought that it would be a smaller location and less choices. BUT, I was wrong! It's an intimate setup, clean, spacious, has seating (inside and outside), in a great location, and they have nice options. Now, some items are either not there or limited, but you can still find something. Purchasing cups/mugs from Starbucks is my thing but they don't have a large selection, but that's ok. I need to save a little money anyway! Let's get to the staff! They ROCK!! Tameka (the manager) is just a joy to be around. She pleasantly welcomes customers, smiles, chats with everyone as if she's known you forever, while simultaneously observing her staff and the space. She continuously shares, and enforces, the importance of safety. She's just great! Candace and Meg are rock stars !! They are professional and friendly...attentive to customers and have great attention to detail. Not to mention, they have a great sense of humor and are very pleasant!! Lastly, no I don't have a ton of funds but enjoy a good recommendation. They all have encouraged me to try different things and by far the peach passion lemonade tea (not sure if that's the correct name) is the bomb !! That's my new summer drink...right now!! I thank them all! I recently met Raven (sp?) during my visit and she is nice as well! They know me pretty well and my day to visit is on Wednesdays! So, let's just call me "Wednesday!" I look forward to many more visits!

Make sure your coffee is brewed fresh. I was served Pike’s Place medium roast that was pure sludge. Very disappointing considering there wasn’t another customer in there at 8am.
