I believe a restaurant or coffee shop shouldn’t be stingy about giving a cup of water. Why do I have to buy something else just to get a cup of water? It wasn’t even a large cup. I asked for a cup of water and the barista prepared it and right as he was about to hand it to me, some register worker intervened. Fix this behavior!!

I am regular and go to this Starbucks every morning. I order the same order but this morning I was being served by the manager and her comprehension of service is terrible.
The worst part is the Manager and the staff could not fix my order.
It would be nice to get what you pay for. Service with a smile! At least serve something the customer can drink.
Management is the score of the issue and the store reflects the attitude of the Manager. How may times do I need to complaint to Starbucks senior management about service from this Starbucks.

Service - hands down one of the few places that actually give you what you order and don't have to remake it.
Atmosphere - in this Starbucks it was kind of blah. It seemed kind of quiet when I first walked in, then there were different areas in which the people sitting there started talking louder and louder as if they wanted me to hear their conversation a few tables away.
I saw a few kids in the store, and their parents looked annoyed. As to the loud conversations they were not kid-friendly either.
To me, starbucks is a place for piece and quiet, sit and relax, wait for a drink and maybe grab a quick snack.
After a long day, no one wants to hear extra nonsense. I then moved to another table in a different section and of course....the conversational folks wants everyone to hear and join in, they got loud again. So glad my drinks were just done for me to receive and head out into the quiet streets that day.
Weather was excellent, and so were my custom made to order drinks.
Parking: Street parking with the meter. Best to meter park and then walk around and stroll the area on a good weather day. Just get back in time before the meter is up.

My go to location
I always have a great experience here. Today I was literally greeted by name by someone named Sam. She was exceptionally sweet, bright, and professional. Thank you all for always getting my order correct!

So first let me start off by saying I come to this location frequently, and now I’m not sure if I’ll continue. I always order via mobile app and this has happened before and last time I didn’t say anything about it. But I order my drink as always which is a Caramel Brûlée Latte as I always order that being my favorite drink. I never drink it until I get to work to have with my breakfast. Well something to me to open my cup and I don’t even have a full cup it was just over a half a cup and I had a TALL well my drink looked like it was a SHORT. Now I don’t mind at all paying the price for it but if I’m paying $6 and some change for a TALL I expect my cup to be filled as with any other size I may order. I normally get a VENTI. So FYI please tell your employees to make sure their filling customers drink like they should be. I didn’t even stop this morning because I didn’t want it to happen again. And it was only one worker in there that I saw.
I’ve gone through there multiple times ordering the same drink on my app. Every time it has been made differently, sometimes a venti, sometimes a tall. I ordered today and got all 4 shots and other add ins handed to me in a tall cup, with no cold foam. I had to go back through twice to ask them to fix my drink. The second time the window was closed in my face and I was spoken to extremely rude. I would usually not have gone back through but it is my birthday and I just wanted my correct order. Overall, terrible service and will not be ordering at this location again.

This particular Starbucks is usually decent, not great but today was ridiculous. I ordered a grande medicine ball in a Venti cup, and it took over eight minutes to make it. They didn’t make it right, it’s just tea with nothing else. They filled up the cup way too much, and then they didn’t double cup it, so the cup fell apart and spilled hot tea all over my lap in my car. Definitely what I want when I’m feeling sick if they follow the way, I ordered it. It would’ve been fine thanks. My hands are sticky as I typed this.

This is sadly the slowest Starbucks I have been to. I have never seen at least 5 employees just standing around laughing while only 2 decides to work at a slow pace while doing 50 other things. SMH.
