They always mess up my drinks whether its not filling my cup all the way or missing an ingredient then I have to go back and pay more because of their own mistakes. Just absolutely ridiculous.

They hire the worst people at ODU starbucks don’t come here unless you want to be disrespected. Refused to fill my Venti drink all the way, i’m paying for a drink not a cup of ice.

Asked for a lemonade. Was given an inch of lemonade extract and a full glass of water. Not even shaken up. Told the lady up front and she said we'll its not even lemonade and walked away. Terrible if I ever see her again I'll get her name and tell people

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service is horrible. One of the employees told me to check my tone when I said that I asked for normal ice in a drink that was not full, after I paid $7 for it. Ridiculous that people try to earn money like that on college students, much better the Starbucks at Chartway Arena. Maybe need to consider a change in staff!

Truly disappointed, i ordered a caramel frappe and i get this drink everyday , Today the lady forgot to add caramel syrup on top, i then asked for them to add it and the lady asked her manager and her manager just agreed caramel syrup doesn’t go on the drink ?

Service was quick and polite. Great job. The two breakfast burritos I gotten was meh at best. Bland as all get out. Extremely hot, barely in sausage in either one slice of bacon, so much air in then as well, eggs were whatever no cheese, the potatoes were as white as snow with no salt. Very disappointing. Not worth the 14dollars I spent.
I sometimes stop in here when I do not have time to make it to the Little Creek Starbucks. I have never had an issue with the product or service. I even accidentally took somebody else's drink that looked like mine in a rush and did not notice for a couple minutes until I took a sip and they were super sweet about it when I came back and explained what I had done.
