We are visiting from out of town. We experienced poor customer service overall. Baristas did not introduce themselves. They check us out so fast and didn’t allow me to scan my barcode for points. We requested light ice for the ice coffee and it was still filled half way with ice. My verano coffee was subpar at most.

Plain FILTHY. All tables and floor yucky dirty. Trash laying around. Barely 5 tables and 12 chairs. Staff is patient and helpful but it doesn't make up for the shortfalls. Located inside TARGET. Don't know why people post totally incorrect photos of another place

Make sure to check your orders, especially if you do customizations like cold foam. They always forget mine :( It’s more annoying when you pay extra for customizations and they can’t even make it right.

Initially, they messed up my order. Along with my regular cup of coffee ☕, I also asked for 2 pumps of specialty flavoring (toffee). However, when I took one sip, I realized there was no toffee flavoring added. I called the store and the manager, I believe Zach was his name, was very apologetic and offered fore to return and get a new fresh cup of coffee prepared as I originally requested. I was pleased!

This has to be the worst Starbucks in the area. They REFUSED to let us pay in CASH!!!!! I had no other option and they didn't care. Any other location will either find a way to make change or give the drink for free. Something is very wrong when an establishment won't let you pay with cash. I'll never return to this location.

Trash. All orders come out inadequate. They put 1 person on mobile orders so it always takes forever, & the drinks come out looking & tasting wrong. I give them benefit of the doubt because maybe they’re having an off day, but this store is just bad.If the company is charging for light ice, give me light ice. My food today was HANDED TO ME- overdone, looks & feels old. The team of workers quickly runs to assist people in uniform & treats other guests like they’re not paying good money for their items just the same. The workers will read the tickets as they’re making items wrong & then still give the item out. Do not recommend this store.
