Arriving at 5:30am when it's still dark, there were two other customers in here with laptops. I was able to plug in and spend two hours sipping my coffee and writing Yelp reviews.

The shop seems much louder than it was before. Is it because I'm ten years older? Wooden chairs scraping on the concrete floor are loud. Baristas talking at each other was loud. The music was not bad at all.

Comfortable enough for sitting with a laptop. Just be prepared for the noise.

2 stars for the nice person at the window. Unfortunately my drinks were made wrong though :( still tasted ok thankfully but not what I asked for. I’ll give them another chance but it’s disappointing when spending so much $$ here when your order is made wrong

I love the cocoa it is really made with milk. Unlike other places that use water. Starbucks is definitely worth it.

I ordered my drink it was already ready when I walked. I had to use the restroom which was locked so I walked up to an employee who said the code to the door really fast, so I asked him to repeat it. Then he went to the register and said I needed to buy something else to use it so I asked for a refund for my drink that was already ready and waiting then he decided to say the code clearly instead of giving me the refund. I should not have to walk up with my drink to use the restroom or be told to spend more money..
