I understand that I arrived at 8, which is close to closing time at 9 (I finally left at 8:25 by the way) That doesn't mean I should've paid $18 for horrible tasting coffee. I got my first coffee and waited an extra 5 minutes before someone came to the window to ask what I'm waiting on. Only to give my other drink that was out of my sight, but sitting right there at the window. My Frappuccino was half whipped cream and tasted super bitter. It tastes like they forgot to add caramel and added an absurd amount of it at the end. I work hard for my money and for $18 dollars for 2 coffees, I expect a lot better service and a lot better coffee than I was served. Maybe the guy in the red and white sweater should focus less on closing duties and serve the customers properly while they're still open. Don't waste your money coming here.

It literally took 35+ minutes if not more (mobile order) to get our 3 drinks. When we finally got our drinks, one of them was wrong but I didn't realize it until we got in the car. I couldn't wait another 30 minutes for 1 drink. I will not be going back to this location.

I unfortunately had the displeasure of receiving the worst service at this Starbucks. Was met by Nylan at the register and from the beginning he had the absolute worst attitude. Was just rude from the beginning. Ordered two oatmeal’s and after 15 minutes when I received them they weren’t even done. Someone just put cold water in them and just passed it along. The first spoonful was like putting an ice cube in my mouth. One of blueberries had mold on it. When I asked for a replacement packet Nylan again had attitude and basically threw the packet at me. I didn’t yell or argue I just took the packet and sat down. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was just unacceptable.

The dude in the purple wig needs to work on his customer service skills, other than that it was okay experience.
I don't go there that often but when I do I enjoy my visit. Very friendly people work there.

Ordered my drink online to pick up in store. They locked the doors and my drink was ready on the counter. They told me I had to get back in drive thru and slammed the door. Very rude and took me over 30 minutes to get my drink. Completely unacceptable

They get my order wrong or they just don't make the drink correctly at all. Ever. You either get the wrong drink, have it extremely watered down or burnt (burnt espresso shot) drink, or you don't get all of your drink. Nobody who works there seems to ever want to be there they are so rude and dismissive. Worst starbucks I've ever been to. Don't go to this location it's awful.
