One of the cleanest and organized Starbucks I've been to, ordered my normal Venti Iced white chocolate mocha with extra caramel drizzle with sweet cream foam. Starbucks staff were really friendly generous and committed to great customer service. Don't really come to Norfolk Prime Outlets that often but would come back to this Starbucks establishment any time.

The mocha cookie crumble taste like water downed chocolate the Carmel Is good thought the whip cream for the mocha cookie crumble was disgusting and it melted away the crumbles didn't even taste like food

Heads up this is in a ped mall, so no drive-thru. GPS didn't mention that and it took me a bit to find.Drinks and baked goods we're tasty and there was plenty of seating at 11 am.Parking: Parking is off site, because the store is located inside a ped mall

No-one comes to Starbucks expecting tie be in and out. They are always busy and I always anticipate a 15-20 minute wait to get my beverage. But because I love their coffee, I don't mind waiting. What I do mind is when people who come in after me, get their beverages before me and I'm still waiting. i asked for an update and one of the male baristas with a skull cap on got smart with me and was unprofessional. The manager on duty was a pleasure to work with, and was the one who had rung me out. He processed my refund and I left. They never have to worry about getting my money ever again!

Starbucks was very busy and I asked for light ice and my drink was all ice! Other than that they were fine. They moved the line quickly.
