This is NOT a review for this Subway location, I like this particular Subway location. THIS is a review about the Subway CHURRO. This is the WORST Churro I have ever had, I mean damn it has ZERO sweetness which is why I got it in the first place. I wanted something sweet, well that was a mistake! And don't get me started on the after taste of this so called Churro. I really can't describe it all I can say is don't waste you taste buds on this thing Subway should be ashamed of themselves for calling this a Churro its an insult to the Churro.....Again this is not a review about this particular Subway restaurant. This review is about the terrible Dough Stick that SUBWAY has the nerve to call a CHURRO.

1) 30 seconds after stepping outside with my order, I feel my sandwich fall through the thin paper bag onto the concrete. I go back in and ask for a plastic bag. They don't have any. I ask them to double bag the paper bag, they can't. I'm told to hold the sandwich sideways with both hands for the 15-minute walk back to the office, because the meatballs are "too heavy". I also have a drink to carry in an apparent 3rd hand I guess. I tell them to order the plastic bags back... they say no. To the man on the yacht off the coast of Dubai: Tell your corporation to redesign the bags to bear the weight of a meatball sandwich.2) Using the kiosk doesn't work - if I select "Build Your Own", the sandwich comes with a pile of ingredients pre-selected. There's no ability to remove toppings, only to select "less" or "more". If I select less, the lady making the sandwich still just puts the toppings I don't want on there until I intervene and dictate my order to her... making the existence of the kiosk pointless.3) The footlong subs are never cut in half. I have to scrouge through the office to find a knife. Not exactly a good look carrying a knife onto a military base every day.EDIT: still not cutting the footlongs.

Service is very slow and they use half the ingredients of any other subway in the US. Do not go here, go to the subway on Hampton.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve been to a Subway, I (and many others) felt they had gone downhill over the years. I decided to try them again and I’m glad I did. (At least) this store in Glenwood Shoppes has vastly improved. The staff was friendly and greeted me upon my arrival, and the other customers came in after me. Granted, I’d arrived before the lunch rush, so they were not yet very busy. I was offered an opportunity to try there ‘new’ Cheesy Garlic Bread, so being a fan of cheese and garlic, I was easily sold on it. I knew what I wanted before arriving; their BMT – toasted. It was 29 degrees outside. I was pleasantly surprised to have the sandwich built with individual ingredients, as is prepared by Jersey Mike’s and the Blimpies of old, rather than a pre-made slab of item shoved into a bun. The staff tag-teamed as the sandwich came out of the oven and sent to the accessories line for the items of my choice. I gotten a large, so no chips this time. I rarely ever drink the numerous sweet fizzy soft drinks that flood our markets and will almost always opt for unsweetened iced tea, generally with little or no ice. Being early, there was plenty of seating available even for the small strip mall location. It was filling up quickly, as I was finishing a pretty fine lunch and several workers from the nearby shipping terminal came in in groups. (This) Subway was really improved since my last visit. I hope the other in the vast chain have as well.

Rude staff, the dark female with sequin fanny pack got all huffy and puffy when I requested more vegetables on my wrap. I'm not going to pay for a skimpy chicken Caesar wrap, when I say onions and bell peppers, throw em on there! Why do I need to ask for more four times? Plus I didn't want my wrap cut, she did it anyways and refused to put more Caesar dressing so the chicken was super dry. I suggest that Customer Service Training should be reviewed for that employee. Everyone else was pleasant.

The food is what you'd expect but the attitude of the workers sucks. They server people out of order and talk into the counter and you can't hear them.
