I ordered a veggie pizza the employee wasn’t attentive, she made a cheese pizza and when I told her that I wanted veggie pizza she just added some veggie and was packing it. I had to told her that you didn’t toast them so she took the pizza and microwave it and bring it back. I had to tell her again to toast it. Overall the lady didn’t provided good service, not welcoming. Wasn’t wearing uniforms: pink t-shirt with blue jeans.

Only reason I gave one star is bc It was required in order to write a review. To get straight to the point the woman that works there that looks Indian with the black lipstick on is very rude disrespectful and weird. She lied about having fresh meatballs in the line and told me that the ones with the lid on weren’t really there and she had to go to the back to get frozen ones and heat them up. The only reason I found out there were fresh ones in the line is bc on I saw them from the beginning and two she ran out of the old ones she tried to serve me and was forced to take the lid off of the fresh ones right in front of me it was so weird so I asked her to just make my entire sandwich with the fresh ones then she turned around and slammed the sandwich she had started in the trash behind her she was so ignorant and there is also a white Roman that works there named Cindy I believe and she is very rude and disrespectful as well only reason why I stayed is bc a young man who had good service ended up taking my order .horrible and very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.

I was placing my order and a man walked up behind me, like I belong to him. He had totally invaded my space and before I could say something, the young lady behind the counter said "excuse me are you with her?" In which the man replied No I'm sorry I am all up in her space, and he backed away. She was not rude to him, she just let him know that he was too close. I did not get her name. However, I gave her a tip and quick smile to her to let her know I appreciated what she did. She was a thin white lady with a black hat on and glasses. Kudos to her observing what was going on in the line.

I ordered a foot long flatbread sandwich. When I got the sandwich, the whole top half was hard and crispy like chips, the bottom was the right texture. I asked the lady if she could remake it, her and her employee said they couldn’t. “Toasting it makes it crispy.” Lies! Toasting it makes the cheese melt and the meat warm. It never makes the bread crispy like that. I have been ordering the same flatbread sandwich for over 8 years (the only kind that I like)….. this is the second time that this has happened to me at this establishment. what kind of customer service is this! If a customer is unsatisfied with the way that the sandwich is made, and they asked nicely/respectfully, it is not harming anyone to have it remade…. At this rate, you won’t have any loyal customers!

The gentleman who was making my Sandwhich was very kind and making the Sandwhich how I wanted to until the manager saw my sandwhiches and started complaining how it was too many olives on a Sandwhich and they have to charge me additional for them because it was “way to many” and he isn’t allowed to put that many on. I have never been charge extra for olives ? went to a different subway and they gave me no trouble for how I wanted it and didn’t charge extra :)

WOW! I feel robbed without a gun and mask! I ordered a tuna sub and got a mostly bread! The tuna was so thinly spread on the sub like a sheet of paper! It’s a darn shame the prices have been raised and meat decreased!This is ridiculous! I doubt very seriously they even put the four scoops they usually put on a foot long! This more like 2 and a half-3 tablespoons!

Came in today. Asked for a flatbread 6 inch. I was told the flatbread only came in one size which was a 12 inch never heard of that nor have I ever went to a subway in the Norfolk or VB area and was told flatbread only came in one size I didn’t complain just walked out because I already knew that was false information….I went over to the subway on east little creek rd next to the UPS store and Navy Federal bank got what I asked for

Ordered pick up here for lunch break. It was ready and fresh once I arrived. Service was good. I sat inside and ate. It was not too busy and it looked clean. I’ll be back during lunch again ?

The worker Cindy gave us poor service cause my sister was not allowed to charge her phone in the outlet clearly available above the table. Then also gave us a bad attitude.
