1 star review because I can't give them a lower score. I placed an order through the app and I was charged. The app and my bank both show that I have paid for this order. The subway staff says they did not receive my order and they will not assist in any way. I attempted to call to make sure my order went through but you never answer the phone. You lost a customer subway!!!

The Service was my only red flag, the Older gentleman whom is the manager, has a short fuse and limited patience with completing transactions for customers. He got so annoyed about me using my gift card and him not knowing how to process the payment that he tossed my sub and cookie bag behind him/where the toasters are . I was livid , i even cried because the woman in me wouldn’t respond how I wanted to. The wife/female manager didn’t correct him or my situation but a team member did, she voided it and refunded my purchase and I thank HER for that.

waited in line for 30 minutes. there was only one person in front of me ordering on item. they were out of everything and every time I asked for an item on my sandwich they had to run to the back to get it. even had to slice my meat. nothing was prepared. they were ignoring a black guy trying to get help the whole time I was there. When he finally got irritated and left the lady yelled at him and told him he was now trespassed. This subway is off my list.

I ordered a VEGGIE PATTY sub on DoorDash from this location on Thursday and these idiots gave me lettuce, mayonnaise, cheese and chipotle sauce 😒 never again

This is just a Subway and with that said, this is also one of the most consistent, well managed, and clean fast food resturants I have ever been to. The owners and staff are fantastic and do an amazing job running this location.
Working in downtown Norfolk, I am very thankful to have them for a quick and affordable meal option.

I’ve been buying at subways all over the country for decades, but i have never seen such a wonderful service like i did here. There were a lovely asian couple and I believe they might be the owners because they gave everyone the most outstanding and friendly service.
