I’ve been buying at subways all over the country for decades, but i have never seen such a wonderful service like i did here. There were a lovely asian couple and I believe they might be the owners because they gave everyone the most outstanding and friendly service.

I placed an order at the wrong Subway location, the one on 400 E Main Street. After realizing my mistake, I attempted to call the store approximately 11 times to cancel the order. When someone finally answered, I was told they would not cancel the order because it had already been prepared.

I tried explaining my situation—that I was nowhere near the area and unable to pick up the order—but the person I spoke with interrupted me repeatedly and ultimately hung up on me mid-sentence. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I understand it was prepared and they took their time to make the order, but the way the lady handled it was 100% not okay.

When we walked in, we were greeted by a very nice couple who said they had been in business for over 30 years. They were very friendly and made us laugh. Our sandwiches were made to perfection as well.

Usually decent here, today awful. Hardly any chicken on my sandwich and the staff was so unfriendly it was crazy. I hate the metal thing covering the meats now. I’ll be trying out a different subway.
