Worst subway 35 min wait out of stuff not sanitary touches face touched your sandwich ECT gross 🤢 I threw my lid away also cause he out his dirty hands all on the inside gross place

I placed a pick-up order. The food was ready on time but was not prepared to my specifications, so I bought it back and asked them to remake it. The cashier didn't speak a word except to ask me for the incorrectly made sandwich back so she could slam it in the trash in front of me. She rolled her eyes and scrolled through her phone the entire time I waited. They made 3 or 4 other sandwiches while I stood there and waited for my sandwich to be remade - I had to ask them when they were going to start re-making my food because I had placed an order in advance so it wouldn't take up my entire break. Again, she didn't say a WORD to me even though I spoke directly to her. After they made MORE sandwiches that weren't mine, they finally got to remaking my food and the cashier bagged it up and slid it across the counter, again without speaking. I would have asked for a manager, but I don't think I would've gotten an answer since she wasn't in the mood to SPEAK.
I know they hire people with IDs and cognitive deficits to work in the cafeteria, shops, and restaurants, but if your deficit is that you cannot display basic human courtesy or deliver bare-minimum customer service, you probably should NOT be working in a customer facing position. Just a thought.

First time at this subway and it sucked they messed up my Subway when we showed the lady she was very rude had a nasty attitude with all cause I wanted a new sub I walked away she made me mad.

During lunch rush the lady working on 8/14 just decided she was going to stop taking orders and yelled out that she was only helping the next 4 or 5 people in line. They are supposed to be open until 5. It was about 1:20 when she decided to stop. I used to work food service at many places, and know lunch rushes are crazy, but this was ridiculous.

Glory Glory

This subway is conveniently in the main entrance of hospital. The staff greeted us w/a smile & was very welcoming. The only thing I didn’t like is how they hide their ingredients to choose from behind a silver cover. We don’t know if the tomato’s look fresh (or if the cucumbers are wet & soggy), etc. We have to read from a list to tell them what we want & can’t see how much of the toppings they’re putting on our sandwiches because it’s hidden behind a silver cover. My sandwich is ok. First and last time here

Someone needs to update the hospital, several of the families including ours went to Eat. Around 530-6 because it's dinner time and 6-8 is when turn over and round are for they nurses in Cicu, They were closed and all locked up, every sign in the hospital says 8pm

After a long day i stopped in this subway here at sentara, all i have to say is this is the best service ive had at subway. The two ladies Ms. z and Ms. A, greeted me with a smile and gave me excellent service. Thank you guys!

I went downstairs during my lunch break to get a sub and was astonished with the customer service I received from the employee working today. The employee rushed to make my sandwich when there was nobody in line behind me. She was very quick and short when giving her my order and made me feel bad for ordering a sandwich. Other customers approached the counter to ask the employee a question and the employee quickly snapped back with attitude. As a customer and coworker this is unacceptable.

Worst service possible. I walked in and looked at the menu, but didn't see breakfast options. The staff were talking in the back. I walked closer to the counter to indicate that I was in need of help. A woman came out and said "can I help you?". I said "uhh", she abruptly said, "when you are ready to order, let me know". Then she turned around and walked back to the back. I was going to ask if they had a breakfast menu, but I couldn't get another word out before she cut me off and walked off. I spoke back to her that I was ready, but she just lost my business because she didn't give me a chance to speak. I don't know if she heard me, but her behavior was unexceptable! Will never return.
