I went downstairs during my lunch break to get a sub and was astonished with the customer service I received from the employee working today. The employee rushed to make my sandwich when there was nobody in line behind me. She was very quick and short when giving her my order and made me feel bad for ordering a sandwich. Other customers approached the counter to ask the employee a question and the employee quickly snapped back with attitude. As a customer and coworker this is unacceptable.

Worst service possible. I walked in and looked at the menu, but didn't see breakfast options. The staff were talking in the back. I walked closer to the counter to indicate that I was in need of help. A woman came out and said "can I help you?". I said "uhh", she abruptly said, "when you are ready to order, let me know". Then she turned around and walked back to the back. I was going to ask if they had a breakfast menu, but I couldn't get another word out before she cut me off and walked off. I spoke back to her that I was ready, but she just lost my business because she didn't give me a chance to speak. I don't know if she heard me, but her behavior was unexceptable! Will never return.

Walked up to counter to place order. It's very very loud . She couldn't here me. Another girl took over . I had to repeat myself 4times. She got an attitude with me. My daughter didn't even order! They should have a little more respect for customers at the hospital.

My boyfriend went online to order his dinnerBecause I have been admitted to the hospital and the hrs still say they r open until 8pm so he ordered his food and paid for it went to go pick it up and they were closed if u r goin to advertise that ur still open then be open he is out of money until I call u all and get his money back

I had the most great experience at this Subway.The staff was awesome. They provided me and my mom with great customer service.She's an older lady and a handful. And they were very patient with her as she placed her order.They made her happy and that's a plus in my book!
