Tried to force 12 inch when 6 is what I asked for then put tuna on a vegi when I specifically said no meat. Ended up throwing the sandwich away. We will never be back to this location.

This place sucks. I'm pretty sure the guy that took my order was the owner. I don't eat Subway but my family does. I placed the order and wanted to use the app for the coupon and he said not this location. Not my first time doing this. HE LIED!

Sign on doors clearly say what the hours are. I show up 13 minutes after they are suppose to be open and the doors are locked. A younger looking gentleman sees me through door and tries to sign that they are not open. Obviously I’m confused since the hours on the door say they are open. He comes to the door to tell me they are not ready yet. I said your sign says you opened 13 minutes ago and he just shrugs his shoulders and says but we’re not ready yet. So I asked if I could at least come inside and wait because he said it would be about 5 more minutes. Why are the employees not arriving on time to ensure the store is open on time? Not only that but he’s the only one here??

Workers are very rude, will ignore you when your trying to ask a question. food is nasty, they don’t speak when you come in. Wouldn’t recommend.

You would think when you're spending your hard earned money, you could at least get good customer service. I spent 46$ last week on subs on yesterday 8/18 I spent $64 on subs. First and second visit the employees leans against the counter taking orders while on there cell phones. Attitudes sucks, I get home after telling them no mayo on one of them and it was. My granddaughter cannot eat mayo that is why I said multiple times no mayo. The store gives lazy vibes and unpleasant hospitality. I will not go to this location again.

I visited this store a few weeks ago and had a disappointing experience. The staff member who served me was distracted, wearing an AirPod, and gave me the wrong bread (hearty italian instead of honey oats).
Despite this, I decided to give the store another chance but regretted it. The same staff member, still wearing an AirPod, made a 6-inch sub instead of a footlong, and when corrected, added a DIFFERENT type of bread. Additionally, the vegetables looked stale, and the server, who had longish hair, was not wearing a hair net. Subway is a well-known chain, so it's unfortunate that this particular location is not up to standard.

I'll never order here again. So today at 609 pm I order sandwich tells me didnt go threw .. I reorder the receipt says19.35 so my card gets charged for both orders . I know this a fluke and 1st one will go back on card.. but the second order was for 19.35 yet took 23.22 off my card. I call the store to find out how to correct this.. the guy tells me it's my bank than tells me I can contact corporate I ask for number . This guy hangs up. So ofc now im upset I call back to cancel this time its a Manger. How this man guna tell me that's the taxes applied . I explain that not how receipts work. The final number at end is the amt. We banter bak n forth he informs me I have to do threw app. Yay. I explain his employees failure at customer servic and hanging up on folks when they are inquiring abt they money is bad bussiness. I'll never order online or in person from this store.

Made an awesome sandwich…I’d love to tip, but talking to someone on your earbud so you can’t hear what I’m saying and making me repeat myself is just poor customer service. Learn good customer service and polite personal skills and you’ll be far more successful in life and your wallet won’t hurt either.
