Absolutely horrid. Everything was disgusting from the service to the food. Very unfriendly atmosphere. This was my 3rd visit to this location. I only came back to see if my previous experiences were flukes. Nope..... This place needs better management and workers. The bread is old and hard. Olive about 3+ miles from Thai location. I wasted gas and time trying to patronize a secluded location that already doesn't get much business. I will no longer patronize this establishment.

I ordered from subway today and footlong cold cut combo a foot long cookie. Got a text spirit was delivered to my address. I called tge driver he said he delivered to dollar general he could not do anything about it. To call the store. I called the store they said call the driver. Bottom line I spent 24.92 for a order I did not get and Noone could do anything about it. I am sorry this is wrong. I am disabled and on a budget. Wow I don't understand this. 😕

Extremely disappointed in the moderation of toppings that are unlimited at every other subway I've ever been to. It just happened to the closest but it is worth driving further to eat at a better subway.

Do not eat here! The customer service is horrible. I walked in there to pick up a paid order & one of the person working says “Come here” in such an authoritative tone. I asked him to say it again & he said it the same way now with pointing. I also did not see any safety certifications or food handling certificates

Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had. Ordered delivery received wrong sandwich when i called in to request the correct sandwich i was told they couldnt do it. Then hung up on me twice when i asked for a refund and to speak with the manager.

Worst customer service. In the app I didn’t ask for toast, my receipt said toast, in the app I asked for less lettuce, the receipt took the lettuce off. But before all this, I went inside before he started my sandwich and ask if he could spread the mayo on both sides first he says yes and he dumps the meat on the bread and squirts the mayo on top of my meat🤦🏾♀️. So if they had mayo packets and the younger one just looks at me then looks down and I’m like is that a yes or a no then the other one says yes one second and they continue to do nothing and look down and I’m just standing there so I just left as my friend is still waiting for her order to be started. Ridiculous they don’t talk at all they just understand but sit there and act like they don’t hear you!

I just paid 10.29 for a footlong classic sandwich that's Criminal for a ham and cheese the guy didn't know what he was talking about or doing because that's the price of a signature sub
I got a meatball sub and ham sub...Both were delicious..I asked for extra sauce on the meatball sub and got it..no problem...I placed the order on their app and my food was ready when I arrived..I will be using them often.
