I went to the Subway inside Walmart on Tidewater Dr. I ordered online and waited about 10 minutes to go in. I got there and my 3 suns were ready, even though it didn't say that on the tracker, but my personal pizza was not there, so when I said I just need my pizza, which was on the receipt, the older lady asked .e very rudely, are you going to pay for this, and I said No. I already did, it was supposed to be with my order, instead of apologizing for being rude, she said Oh, Ok then and walked away. My Meatball sub was absolutely disgusting. The meatballs themselves were so salty I barely choked them down. By the way they were not busy at all. The bread for the Steak and cheese was rubbery, and the steak was cold. Just ridiculous. I won't be going back to this Subway again.

Door and online hours say 10pm. Pulled up at 935 and both doors locked. Called and the dude said they closed I asked was the hours still till 10 and he repeated they closed. 25 min before they should be

Too much compromise on quality,
Veggies were dry and not fresh, the lady at the counter is rude ,
Needs to be inspected for hygiene as well

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Man had both of his headphones I , refused to speak at a time that I could hear, and was beyond rude. I would not go here. I’m not one to do this but I was having a rough night and this man made it way worse. The other people in the lobby were trying to crack jokes and make him happier or more kind, nothing.

Why did my whole sub taste terrible and I pay seventeen dollars for chicken bacon ranch and I feel that it should have been better that.i deeply saddened by the experience. How is sandwich place charging three dollars for a cup of water ?????? this is crazy who wants to pay for the cup water is free. The blonde girl seems very rude and unprofessional and she needs to be retrain how to deal with customers of all kinds.

Sandwich is really good. Employees are friendly. Don’t have to ask them again and again to fill the veggies .The best part soda machine has gas which I hardly found in other subway.

Went to get a sandwich at 8 pm and the doors were locked and no answer
Always had good food at here. I always get a sub and a cup for water. The girl told me today tho I have to pay for a water cup or buy a bottled water. I’m not paying for free water when I just spent $12 on a sub. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Not much to say we love Subway.. The employees were knowledgeable fast and patient.. needless to say the subs were delicious also got chips and a drink
Parking: This subway is located in a shopping center so all you have to do is ride around a few times somebody will pop out and you can fit right in May not be the closest to the store but it's still close enough to walk

What a beautifully-made sub I just got here. (For National Sandwich Day app deal). They do such a good job here, pretty consistent, the crew. Awesome workers whenever we’ve gone. ? (inside Walmart)

That happened today 10/28/23 at this location .The employee , a female young blonde girl was extremely rude for no reason with me.I was waiting on the line ready to order and when it was my turn I respond to her “good morning how are you ?” And she talked to me back in a really aggressive way “what do you want?”And I asked her for a pretzel and a sandwich and she said to me again in a dry manner “we don’t have “And I asked her again for a sandwich because I didn’t understand and she said to me “WEeee dooont haaaaveee”So I asked only for a pretzel and I asked the one with the sausage and she said again . “Nope we don’t have “So I asked what else do you have ?She starred at me and she said , what do you mean ? Pretzel !So I asked for a pretzel and i told her you don’t need to have an attitude and she said to me “I don’t have an attitude , you wear EarPods !”What ??? I wasn’t even listen to anything .!That’s the first time someone treat me like that , especially if I don’t deserve it . I’m a military service member and my priority is to protect and respect the civilians .But I cant let this attitude let it go because she will do it to someone else , I don’t know what was her issue and I don’t care she has to be more polite and respectful to people especially when she works in the front line as a cashier as well .In the end she threw on my face the pretzel and my change .Please I need to speak with her supervisor and let him know about that girl . Because your business will be affected negatively with this type of employees .

They do not open when the website says they open at 09:30, update your stuff so people don't waste their time.
