Figured i give them a try,guy was rude got my sub and left nothing great about the sub very bland,tried a little place nearby with my wife called sloppy sailors complete opposite way better

The amount of meat was so thin beef since they have been slicing their own meat I asked if he could put pepper jack on one side and provolone on the other since we were going to share the footlong they had plum tomatoes sliced and two of them did not even fit on a bite of a sandwich when I asked if I could get some more Tomatoes he said you difficult you difficult then as he was cutting my sandwich and about to wrap it I said could you please wrap it separately since I'm taking it to someone he said oh hard hard or difficult you're difficult the sandwich items were not fresh lettuce was brown Tomatoes was an inch plum The jalapenos were brown dried out I do not recommend this Subway Coupon or no coupon

This restaurant is very clean and quiet to enjoy my lunch. After going here for several months I have noticed the portions are getting smaller- less meat and veggies. I ask for extra tomato, only one more slice. Also the monthly offers and the earned rewards are not always honored at this location.

Beware of going to this place, when I asked to put my sides in a bowl they told me no, meanwhile I ask for my sides not being on the sub is because I got the sub for lunch the next day. Every other subway I go to does not do this and he put in the cookie bag which makes it soggy smh

If I could do 0 stars I would. Wanted to get sandwiches for me and my family to eat later. I wanted my mayo on the side so sandwiches wouldn’t get soggy and I was literally refused mayo packs. They tried to give me 4 packs and when I asked for extra I was told I had to pay. If I got extra mayo on my sub from the line I would not be charged extra so I was confused. Raised his voice at me over mayo and I just asked for a refund.

No smell? No familiar smell when you first walk in. Everyone knows what I'm talking about. 13 must have had a long day! He wasn't very nice. I hope his day gets better. Killer sammy tho!

We have eaten here several times and they seem to be better than most Subways. We keep forgetting their names, but they get us great food and do it quickly. The resturant is always very clean and they treat us very well because we often choose to eat the meal inside. Drink machine always clean, chip rack perfect, and just as clean behind the counter. If you're in the area, this Subway is a tasty and economical stop!

My husband placed an order on the app and he was able to get a six inch for free because it was a birthday gift. When I entered to pick up our order, the man said to me how this sandwich should not have been free. One, I understand that but his tone was very rude and stand offish. Then when I tried the free sandwich there was very little tuna. I understand how the sandwich should not have been free but the app approved it. I also feel like his attitude and quality of the sandwich was bad. We will not return to that subway again. I have never had this rude experience in other locations.

Please do NOT go here. Literally go to any other subway. If you love yourself , or loved ones, you will go to a different subway ASAP. Very rude, & very inconsiderate management.

Walked in, no customers inside, no one in line. One employee was stocking chips, the other behind the counter. I stood there for a minute or so without them lifting their heads or even being acknowledged. Walked out.

This subway needs to be shutdown, they argued with me when I wanted my sandwich toasted, dude had to call his boss in order to give me a refund because I got the auntie Anne’s pretzel and the cheese they gave me was lumpy!! Argued to give me a refund over lumpy cheese, and it was cold too

Myself/family bypass other Subways so we can make it to Subway at 3858 East Little Creek Rd in Norfolk. Not only is the food always fresh/always delicious but the employees there & other customers that frequent make us feel like an extended family. That truly makes our day every time , will be lifetime customers.
