Myself/family bypass other Subways so we can make it to Subway at 3858 East Little Creek Rd in Norfolk. Not only is the food always fresh/always delicious but the employees there & other customers that frequent make us feel like an extended family. That truly makes our day every time , will be lifetime customers.

My mother placed a BOGO deal for one turkey & one tuna footlong sandwich to bring to my father after surgery. When she arrives to pick up they told her they weren’t going to give her the BOGO & we’re only providing her with one sandwich which was the turkey. My father is pescatarian, the tuna was for him. My mom asked for either a refund or for them to give her the tuna instead of the turkey so my father could eat. She was cut off, yelled at, & disrespected by the man working. My mom took the sandwich and said she’d never order from this location again and the man proceeded to run after her and take pictures of her. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. & to top it off the sandwich that she did receive was made wrong!!

We ordered two Titan turkey sandwiches. I think they forgot the turkey. You couldn’t taste it for all the lettuce or the cheese didn’t taste any cheese. It tasted like a salad without anything in it.

I placed an order for The Beast on the Subway App. When I got home I noticed my sandwich was made incorrectly, from the amount of meat to the toppings. I called and informed the worker who stated they would provide a refund. A few minutes later, I received a call back essentially stating I need to bring the sandwich back because I was lying. I told him Im not driving back it’s 930 at night and my integrity wasn’t an issue when I first called. He said he called his manager who said customers lie and try to get over. I took pictures and told them I will bring it back after I get off work tomorrow since I work on base but they have lost a customer for sure.

Online Order was made wrong. Went back there to get the sandwich made correctly and refused to remake the sandwich that I purchased. Then asked for my money back and he would not refund. This is the worst subway experience in my life. Don’t waste your time at this one.
