About 1/4 of the topping containers were also empty so very very little options compared to other locations. limited parking nearby so you have to parallel park or pay for parking in the garage Will definitely be going to the chesapeake or Suffolk locations from now on this location was all around disappointing.

Place is clean and the froyo is fabulous! There are tons of options for toppings and many ice cream flavors! I would definitely recommend Sweet Frog for truly "premium" frozen yogurt!!!!

A cute little frozen yogurt/ice cream shop where you can create your own bowl of frozen yogurt or ice cream or even both with the various flavors and toppings that they have and then the prices are calculated by the weight of your yogurt/ice cream and after being weighed it roughly cost between $10-$13 a bowl. I had gotten vanilla ice cream with strawberry ice cream along with coconut, cookie dough bits and brownie bits as my toppings and the ice cream was great, it Is basically soft serve so you get a decent amount of ice cream. Great place to go for any age, will definitely go back again in the future. They also sell sweet frog merch too!after being weighed

Over priced! And girl that worked there had her family sitting there pretending that they were customers but I saw one of them got another helping for free and and came back and took the spray can of whipped cream and sprayed it in her mouth and walked out the store with it!
I think its the best Norfolk's had in a long time.

The frozen yogurt is good.... but staff very unsocial. I asked if they had a rewards system and instead of talking just pointed to a wall with a code on it she seemed like she was too bother and annoyed. It's not that hard to use your words. after that she went right to the back. I found it rude uninviting, we won't be back to this location.
