My thing is if you’re calling and you have a telephone and a business I think you could pick up because that means something wrong like missing Food people pay and work too hard for their money for her to not pick up and you missing crabs and stuff to go with order that’s the purpose of coming for crabs nobody coming for really fish or shrimp they come for your crabs so for her not to answer is crazy

A lot to be desired! In Customer experience... being generous here with the rating. It's a seafood restaurant with the claim of always fresh. I don't understand why the need to intentionally sell imitation crab meat with no disclaimer that your doing so. Crab sticks were very disappointing. MHO just sell a dough stick at this point. The Long wait time for orders to be filled. No access to a public restroom while waiting. No online service or phone for placing orders. Ridiculous payment setup cash line vs card line that pass the card reader charges to the customer in the form of 7% additional charge. Then Restrictions on financial payments like orders not exceeding $100 transaction. I mean Man the atmosphere to a customer is extremely low in thought. The feel of the atmosphere is not welcoming. Even starting at the parking lot horrible design. FYI... the handicap ramp is understood do to code, but accessing it with cars blocking it makes no sense. Over all this is a in season fried crab 🦀 joint for my fam. Mentioning all this in hopes T N T.. improves the customer experience in delivering better service.

I will stay with Tony’s or Peter’s in Portsmouth. Their crabs are way better. I wanted hot sauce and vinegar on my crabs and they only added hot sauce. The batter tasted like cornbread with hot sauce. The only good thing is that their crabs were clean. My crabs were tiny and I wanted the large ones. Such a disappointment. I will just get my crabs in Portsmouth.

The price is right ND THE TASTE is SOOOO PERFECTLY GOOD. I have all Thumbs, Elbows,Arms ,and Taste Right on them . Keep doing what y'all DO. LOVE THIS PLACE

Its true what they say about the parking, its tight, but it was worth it! Food was great and I dont even like seafood like(yeah I know)! The ordering system is a lil difficult but other that this is a stop you need to make!

The best fried crabs in the 757 hands down. The batter can not be duplicated. I've been going here for years and tried several other places, but nothing compares. The steamed garlic butter crabs and the crab lumpia are all excellent too. The wait time varies based on the day and time.

Horrible wait time. I waited almost an hr for 3 pairs of fried crabs and then when I got them they weren't good at all. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I got the F9 “special dish” smh and my boyfriend got the jumbo fried shrimp with Mac and cheese and baked beans. EVERYTHING was nasty and the batter was soft and wet. We’re so annoyed we paid $45.00 for this when Norfolk has wayyyy better seafood restaurants around here. Never again.
