Visited today 4/10/23.visited establishment years ago owner always had an attitude. Today wasn’t any different. Ordered food for my co-workers and myself which was three orders total. I asked for hot sauce. The owner literally gave me three packs. I said ma’am I need more hot sauce for these orders. This ? which is the owner had the nerve to say she has to save her “HOT SAUCE”. This struck a nerve in me. My rebuttal was ma’am how about I save my money and don’t come here to support your business. Lady keep your sauce because you in the USA making up your own rules. Needles to say I will not step foot in the business ever again. If we as the customers are not treated right I encourage everyone to stand your ground and don’t support places where we are not honored and respected. We all work for our funds and I’m not giving mines to any ?. Today I was served by a real ?.

The meal I ordered came with 2 crabs. The 2 crabs are breaded and fried. So when I saw that they were breaded and fried I automatically thought they were soft-shell crabs. But when I bit into it, it was HARD shell crab. Like, why would you bread a hard crab. Breaded crab is for soft-shell crabs! Omg, they were so difficult to eat. I ordered 5 hush puppies, but I can only eat two because they were not that good. So the crabs and the hush puppies went into trash.

PLEASE do NOT order the large size crab for the extra money. I did only to get home and saw that they were the smaller ones. We’re from South Carolina and stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. They were closed when we realized the stunt they played. I’ve always loved this place on our annual visit to Norfolk. Lesson learned. No more T&T!!

Why is my. Seafood place not open today my mom wants some crabs today
This is my first review ever so you know it’s the truth. Was there at 10:30 when they said they would open. The cook was there but didn’t open the doors until after 11:00. People standing in the rain so as a first time customer I knew this was going to be good. Finally got in and figured out how to order which had to be done on a kiosk. Several other people did the same and we are now waiting on food. Customer wanted hot sauce and constantly asking but the cook in the back wouldn’t respond so he’s just sitting there waiting. I’m talking 10 to 15 minutes for hot sauce ?! Finally the owner arrived and she told him for what he ordered which was two fried crabs he doesn’t get hot sauce an only what is in the bag and said it with an attitude. We get our steamed crabs and you can tell they were dead before being cooked because the meat inside was dry and we didn’t get the heavy seasoning which we paid an up charge for. No problem if you don’t mind eating dead or reheated crabs but for me I need my crabs living before they are cooked. Btw they have a sign up front that says (Will not attribute to malice for attention to incompetence) or something to this nature! Which to me was poor judgment as a service provider! For crying out loud your late opening your own store serving dead crabs! I wouldn’t be back but if you don’t mind then hey!

I've been eating here since I was a kid and once you have that craving it always draw you back literally a legendary place best fried crabs in the 757 prices reasonable I never make it home I eat them in the car lol !
