I had a grubhub delivery from there. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes with employees walking right past me, staring at me, listening to music and singing but nobody acknowledged me to even say "be right with you". I left and canceled the order. No motivation or respect for their customers at this place.

I arrived at this Taco Bell around 9:45am, they are supposed to open at 9:00am. After waiting behind another car for about 5 minutes, they decide to pull off and leave. I pulled up and don’t hear anything over the speaker. I call the location to ask if they are open, they answered and said they were opening in ten minutes (10am). So i sit and wait the ten minutes to order me Breakfast. They then come on the speaker at 10am and tell me it’s going to be another ten minutes before they open and that i can’t just sit there and i have to pull around and park and wait. I asked why and it’s because “they are on a timer”. Well maybe if you opening on time you wouldn’t have to worry about that. I expressed that they should have been open an hour ago and at the minimum 10 minutes ago like you said you would. The lady was very rude and told me to either pull around or just not get my order taken period. After waiting another ten minutes i pull up to order my breakfast which is on the menu in front of me and then i am informed they no longer have breakfast at that location. Y’all need to get it together. Open when your supposed to open and sell the food you are advertising.

There was nothing about my lunch that won’t satisfying. The restaurant was clean. The service was great and the food was on point definitely got my monies worth. 😩‼️‼️‼️ Also those new slow cooked roasted chicken rollers are a missile with that chipotle dipping sauce😉.

I stood and waited for the order to be made there is at least 6 or 7 people on the floor .... One lady decided to voice out loud that she ain't bout to rush nothing ...I stood and watched the order halfway be made..the burrito sat wide open for bout 5 mins and the fries sat out in the open I asked for hot fries to be dropped hot and in return I got a rude employee saying out loud what she is and ain't gone do ... No manager said I'm sorry mam I'll take care of it .. he didn't tell the employee not to talk like that... If this is how y'all wanna be known .. people always say don't go to this taco bell and I regret it Everytime. Too many people on the clock..and no food moving out..or moving out sllloowly... It's pitiful! Do better! And I guess she proud of herself for being a rude worker.... I would've sent her right home. But here's your review! Bad service nobody greeted me.. every one looked at me nobody spoke and then I had to say excuse me I'm right here...can I be helped please!

This place isnt the best. The floors are nasty, Every surface is unclean and unsanitary, The computers that you order on look like they have never been cleaned. Leafs on the ground, Smell of grease. I would recommend any other taco bell in the area.
