Legit the worst order I ever received everything a mess, missing things on top of it none of it was supreme like I ordered either smh agaaaaiiiinnnnn I'm so sick of this damn Taco Bell.

This location is NOTORIOUS for being slack afon the late night shifts Friday and Saturday nights. SEVERAL TIMES I have arrived when I got off of work from a local bar around roughly 2:30. They close at 3am. I have sat in the same spot in line for the whole 30 minutes- line not moving an inch and they just cut the lights off and tell you too bad. They do not care. Plain and simple. By far the rudest staff I have ever encountered at a Taco Bell. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Midday Lunch rush staff would never.

This Taco Bell always takes forever even in the drive thru. One time I was waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. Had an order for pick up at 9 it was not ready till 9:18.
Nightmare everytime i come here. Once had no ice for 2 months, another time I got a bajah blast here and it had something weird floating in it. They replaced it but I still have ptsd from it. Now I tried once more, because this is my local taco bell and now it's a robot ordering system that keeps telling me things are out of stock... what's even the point. Can someone else buy and run this location, I miss taco bell and now have to travel to find a good one. I recommend the tell on Frederick Blvd in portsmouth.

When I had an issue with my order, the managers made sure that they did everything they could to make things right for me. They reached out to me to discuss the problem and offered to remake my food. This is a company that understands that mistakes can happen, but does their best to make up for it in an efficient and timely manner.

I had a grubhub delivery from there. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes with employees walking right past me, staring at me, listening to music and singing but nobody acknowledged me to even say "be right with you". I left and canceled the order. No motivation or respect for their customers at this place.
