Any time I try to come to this location, either the system is down so they aren’t taking orders, or I have to go inside to order. For this visit in particular today, I was told to pull in a parking spot and waited 20 minutes to get 4 tacos. If they didn’t already take my payment I would have left. I’m afraid that if I ask for a refund, that will take even longer!!! It’s ALWAYS something with this location & it’s been like this since I moved to this area 4 years ago. DO BETTER KFC/TACO BELL

I went inside because after being asked to pull over to wait for my order through the drive-thru, it was taking a significant amount of time to receive an order, so I wanted to cancel the order. The attendee was holding my order back as they awaited the rest of the orders for the other two cars so they would only have to go out once. My order was wrong.

Went in at 8pm for original chicken bucket. They asked if they can mix it bc they are almost out of original i said fine. when i got home it was all old crusty crispy pieces no original. Cashier was rude af bc she was on her way out to smoke. Mad bc she had to take my order and was just rude. kept yelling KFC only. I never said anything about taco bell. wouldn’t even let me place my entire order. The manager had to step in and he acted timid like he was scared of the cashier. It was a mess. Never going back. Ghetto as hell!!

They have half the menu taken down online when ordering thru DoorDash I guess cause they are to lazy to actually make half there stuff the wait is way to long every time you go in the store the manager seems like he has no idea what’s even going on inside the store Taco Bell as a whole isn’t bad when u need something quick but this location needs to be closed

The place never has something. 1 something on the menu they never have. 2 don't even have toilet paper (told the cashier and she said they don't have any.) This is the worst location ever they should just shut down.
