15-20 minute wait at drive thru order window before even being greeted, and thats only after calling out several times. Someone begrudgingly responds to tell you to continue waiting or come inside. Multiple times I’ve visited. Last visit, Only one car at the pick up window and still told yo come inside. I go inside and there are NO customers inside. 3 staff. 2 chatting while rolling tacos at a glacial pace, one of them in street clothes with the tacos rubbing against his jacket. Still waited for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. I left. Won’t be back again.

This trip PISSED ME OFF!!!! 1st, the lady told us one moment at the drive thru and toook FOREVER!!!!!!! She didn’t give me a receipt nor did she offer me sauce!!!

Ugh I’m so mad I spent $15 dollars!!!!!!!!!
I came through the drive-thru to get a quick dinner since I had a taste for tacos!! These taco shells were old and gross!!!!! They oughta be ashamed of themselves for serving this! I WILLL NEEEEEEEVR COME BACK HERE!

Gave me super old fries they were hard as a rock I couldn’t even squeeze them. gave me the wrong change and when asked about it he had to come out his pocket for my change . Waited at window for 15 min and then another 10 at the window just for my food mind you we ordered 2 regular nacho fries and one cheese quesadilla… HORRIBLE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

My experience could have been excellent if customer service was better! The cashier Lamonica rushed me through my whole order and then made a rude “god damn” comment once i was through with it maybe not realizing i was still at the drive thru which I didn’t appreciate very much. I had a large order for my family which I feel should mean well for a business but apparently it just means we are big. I guess money and kindness isn't the purpose and instead the point is to rush and fat shame your customers.

This is the worst kfc taco bell in norfolk va it should be closed down they drive thru is never running at 💯 the young girls are just infected with attitudes if u don't have a half hours to seat and wait in the drive thru go else where and the inside is just as bad the cashier is always doing other shit then taking orders and cleaning they never fully staffed just unprofessional as it can be just terrible

Very disappointed with this Taco Bell/KFC location. My younger sisters and I came by on Saturday, May 10th around 2:57pm PM hoping to grab food. The sign on the door said they would reopen at 3:00 PM, so we waited patiently outside. A man inside saw us, said nothing, we thought nothing of it, since we were just minutes away from opening. But 3 PM came and went. Doors stayed locked. Drive-thru stayed down. I knocked, hoping someone would at least acknowledge us. Eventually, a woman appeared behind the counter holding a bag. I tried to explain through the door that we had a DoorDash pickup order and just wanted to cancel it. She simply said, “we’re closed,” and when I asked again about canceling the order, she looked visibly frustrated and walked away. No one else came to speak with us or offer any help. We weren’t rude, just extremely confused and trying to sort out the situation. But instead of communication or basic courtesy, we were ignored. I believe this inconvenient situation could’ve been avoided, if the store had followed their posted hours or even just acknowledged us with some clarity. Very Disappointing experience.
