The worst service ever. Guy at the window was a jerk, the employees are all playing around and when I asked for my receipt they acted like it was going to take an act of Congress. They crumbled up the receipt paper and tossed it in the bag.. the food was cold and sloppy.. this place needs to be condemned

I had the worst experience of my life the manager was super unprofessional super rude and nasty had me waiting one hour for DORITOS TACOS ! AND WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR 20 MIN HE SAID AND I QUOTE "Not my fault" super rude and lets not talk about the Associates when i walked in another young lady was having same issues with manager and Associate! Definitely do not recommend this place at all .The manager was just the worst !

Pulled into the drive thru at 10:43 pm and was told it was the midnight menu and could only order soft or hard shell tacos and nothing else on the menu. Every time I come here it's something. Taco bell only, no KFC. Come inside to order, no drive thru orders (speakers working just fine) Medium cups only, no large or small. What is going on?? The employees don't care, and why would they when clearly the owner doesn't. How do these people still have a business license? I will never come here again. Military highway is further but at least my drive isn't upsetting and a waist of time and money. This place should be shut down.

I do not know why I subject myself to this place. Every single time I visit half the menu isn’t able to be ordered. This time “Just so you know, we have no chicken sandwiches, Taco Bell potatoes, nuggets, tenders, or fries.”If you don’t want to make any food just close. This has to be in violation of franchise policy.The only saving grace is that the girl at the window was nice.

I tried ordering a taco and burrito cravings pack and she tried to offer me a drink that didn't come with it. And also asked me how many tacos and burritos come in the pack. Normally when I come here I have to wait 45 minutes for my order that was very simple, and very rarely is my order correct.Horrible service, I'm not sure why this branch is anymore.
