Worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell this guy never put his phone down even when making food he would hold his phone with his shoulder then make food and touch his clothes hair face then right back to making food he noticed me and then got gloves but still kept making mine and others customers orders I told the lady this and that I did not want my food she offered to make my order on the other side where we can't see them said no thanks never got offered a refund then I said I'll just post a review on Google i hope the owner see this and correct s this store as I don't want others getting sick phones are just as dirty as money I saw more but I'll not waste your time please just go down the road to the navy exchange there food court is top notch

Put in my food order online. It said ready for pickup at 9:17 PM. Went there and they said not ready. My app said it was ready at 9:52 PM. They said it’s not ready. Asked AGAIN at 10:12 and they said just five more minutes. Got my food at 10:23 PM. I had only ordered 2 boxes. Waiting an hour and 6 minutes is crazy.

Slowest place ever, somehow messed up folding a taco. New sauce was gross, and they got 2 homeless people they’re just letting sleep in the lobby

I have never been to Taco Bell before; three weeks ago was the first time I had a Taco, and my first time placing an order, a machine took the order; the discovery box was great; as I've said before, it was my first time try Taco Bell. Moving to today my nephew went to school from home today due to the Snow Storm. he asked for some tacos for lunch so we went to the Hampton Blvd location the wait was extremely long for the workers as Hampton Blvd location the food is great however the customer service needs work to be specific it seems like the staff was having a great time which is great however not at the expense of the customers fast food is pretty self-explanatory it's supposed to be fast so to whoever manage this branch work on getting the food out faster.

Its taco bell. It's is what you would expect from taco bell.
I do wish this location cooked their quesadillas slightly longer than they do to make them hold together bettinr in the car and make them a little crunchier.

We ordered breakfast and they completely forgot multiple items, they skimped us on EVERYTHING, there was no customization for our items and overall just sucked. Avoid this location at ALL COSTS!!

Went through the drive through to order some food to only be told that I needed to go inside. Line is backed up behind me so I was not able to go back out. I asked if they were able to at least go out and let the other people behind me know not to waste there time and just park, but was rudely told that the line was moving. I then proceed to wait another 10 minutes in line just to get out of it. They never actually shut down the line. But just kept telling customers to park once they got up to the voice system. Extremely rude and unwilling to do the bare minimum to fix the problem.

Short staffed, so slow service, and the drive through mic was out of service as well, so 1 car at the window. Good TB food, longer wait time.
