I don’t even know where to begin with this Taco Bell disaster. I placed a simple, humble DoorDash order—specifically requesting 15 hot sauces. FIFTEEN. Not one. Not two. FIFTEEN. Because let’s be honest: what even is Taco Bell without their hot sauce? It’s literally half the point of the meal. But what did I get instead? Not a single drop of hot sauce in sight. Not one sad little packet. Instead, they sent me… a random container of cheese sauce and sour cream—things I never ordered, never wanted, and honestly, find kind of insulting. Are you guys just grabbing whatever’s within reach and tossing it in the bag now? I sat there, staring at my sad, lukewarm tacos, dry as the Sahara, wondering what kind of cruel joke this was. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s genuinely heartbreaking. I planned my whole night around this meal, and you gave me a bag full of regret and confusion. If someone could explain the logic here—no hot sauce, but unsolicited dairy products—I’d love to hear it. Make it make sense. Because right now, it doesn’t. At all. Taco Bell, please get it together. Until then, I’ll be reconsidering every future craving.

Option supreme or non supreme cashier did not ask, my meal was suppose to be supreme went home and tacos were regular (non supreme) disappointing!Cashier had no enthusiasm. Had an attitude when collecting payment. Won't be going back

Worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell this guy never put his phone down even when making food he would hold his phone with his shoulder then make food and touch his clothes hair face then right back to making food he noticed me and then got gloves but still kept making mine and others customers orders I told the lady this and that I did not want my food she offered to make my order on the other side where we can't see them said no thanks never got offered a refund then I said I'll just post a review on Google i hope the owner see this and correct s this store as I don't want others getting sick phones are just as dirty as money I saw more but I'll not waste your time please just go down the road to the navy exchange there food court is top notch

Put in my food order online. It said ready for pickup at 9:17 PM. Went there and they said not ready. My app said it was ready at 9:52 PM. They said it’s not ready. Asked AGAIN at 10:12 and they said just five more minutes. Got my food at 10:23 PM. I had only ordered 2 boxes. Waiting an hour and 6 minutes is crazy.
