I hadn't had Taco Bell for a couple of years but decided yesterday to get my regular order of nachos bell grande with guac. I went in and ordered, got my food and brought it home. When I opened the dish, I saw that there was more cheese, sour cream and guac than I had ever previously received. The chips were fresh but there was no beans & 2 little dime sized balls of meat. Now I know why there was more cheese, etc. That and the chips with about 11 little cubes of tomatoes were all that were in that container. Totally disappointed.
Parking: plenty of parking right outside the store
Kid-friendliness: There were school kids there while I was there.

Ordered a box that comes with five items… and only received two of them — one of which was crushed into pieces. How hard is it to read a ticket or screen? Now I have to wait for a refund AND I don’t get to have dinner. Hire better people!!

Usually an ok place compared to others, but who ever was working the kitchen at 430pm on 25Feb2025 should be fired. The quesodilla looked like they threw a handful of lettuce in it. The dippers were smashed so small they were the size of chicken nuggets. More of the taco meat was in the wrapper than in the shell, it looks like they just dumped the nacho chips in the bag. They weren't even busy, just lazy and sloppy.

I came through the drive-thru for a mobile order, and while they gave me hard tacos instead of soft (I was okay with that—no biggie, it happens), the Mexican pizza was awful. It didn't taste right at all; it had a very horrible aftertaste. Nothing like what I've had in the past.

We had a crunchwrap combo with tacos and your strawberry freeze drink supposed to be in the large cup. Sure, don't look large to me in the crunchwrap and everything tasted like freaking cardboard. They're a yuck. I spent $24 on two of them. Things come on people. This is America. Let's do it right. Y'all wouldn't want that s*** in your house

Went threw the drive thru person ar window not friendly. I got the Mexi melt and the tostata atheu both were nasty. Todstada was on a stale shell and the mexi melt had a funny taste.for those prices everything should be fresh

These heroes took care of business! This privileged man drove through the drive thru the WRONG way and expected me to back up! I absolutely refused. He told an employee he was prepared to stay put until sundown. I said bring it on! The employees implored him to back up but he refused and tried to bully me into backing up. An employee even came outside to talk some sense into the privileged man. Long story short they finally threatened to call the police. Since he was going the wrong way he finally backed up and went thru the drive thru in the correct direction like a normal sane human being. The employees apologized to me but they didn’t owe me an apology. They were professional and courteous to me. I really appreciate the way they handled a situation caused by an idiot.
