Extremely Unprofessional and Unclean Taco Bell Location
From the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. The employees were loudly chatting about their personal lives like they were at home, not at work. The volume was so high that even without trying to listen, we couldn’t help but hear everything they were saying.
To make things worse, one employee was eating and licking an ice cream while on the clock, loudly running from the kitchen to the front area like it was playtime. Even more shockingly, she had her daughter with her at the store during her shift. It felt chaotic and completely unprofessional, definitely not what you expect when walking into a Taco Bell.
The front area was also dirty. Tables and chairs were sticky, which made the whole place feel unhygienic and neglected.
What bothered us even more was that despite several employees hanging out in the back, no one came to help an elderly couple who had been standing at the counter waiting for assistance. The lack of care and customer service was unbelievable.
This location seriously needs better management, accountability, and proper staff training.

At 5pm I Placed a drive thru order for Cantina taco, Nachos Bellgrande and two crunchy tacos. When the handed the bag out the window, I pulled ahead so I could make everything was right. Glad I did! Bellgrande was there but the Cantina taco appeared to have just put in there not even folded and wrapped. I had also asked for 3 hot sauce and I got like a huge hand full of like 20 laying on top of the open Cantina taco. Also my 2 crunchy tacos were not in the bag. Had to back around and ask for my 2 missing tacos. No napkins, no spoon/fork. Not gonna go back for late afternoon and evening. Mornings are good tho

Ordered California crunchwrap, no guacamole/avocado. Ordered with dirty Mt dew...I'm handed a cup with cream in it. Soda should be added first for adequate mixing and to avoid 5 inches of foam in the cup. Thanks for that. Friend Ordered same crunchwrap and has no sour cream, but Ordered extra.

Got a 3 dollar Dorito Loco taco, only for it to be opened in the bag with 3 sprinkles of beef and 4 sprinkles of lettuce. I thought the rest of the taco had fallen out in the bag but nope that was how they sent it out. Didn't eat the food since it was essentially a cold shell with lettuce (cheese??). Sadly, this used to be a good taco bell location.

Tacos were fresher than some Taco Bells (TB) and Mexican Pizza was good. Like other TB's they are trying to work the bugs out of the AI ordering. They forgot the sauce. We did the drive-in.

I hadn't had Taco Bell for a couple of years but decided yesterday to get my regular order of nachos bell grande with guac. I went in and ordered, got my food and brought it home. When I opened the dish, I saw that there was more cheese, sour cream and guac than I had ever previously received. The chips were fresh but there was no beans & 2 little dime sized balls of meat. Now I know why there was more cheese, etc. That and the chips with about 11 little cubes of tomatoes were all that were in that container. Totally disappointed.
Parking: plenty of parking right outside the store
Kid-friendliness: There were school kids there while I was there.

Ordered a box that comes with five items… and only received two of them — one of which was crushed into pieces. How hard is it to read a ticket or screen? Now I have to wait for a refund AND I don’t get to have dinner. Hire better people!!

Usually an ok place compared to others, but who ever was working the kitchen at 430pm on 25Feb2025 should be fired. The quesodilla looked like they threw a handful of lettuce in it. The dippers were smashed so small they were the size of chicken nuggets. More of the taco meat was in the wrapper than in the shell, it looks like they just dumped the nacho chips in the bag. They weren't even busy, just lazy and sloppy.
