I just came from them and my Cantina Tacos are burnt. At first, I'm like maybe I'm tripping! No they are actually crispy. They taste horrible and now I have a horrible taste in my mouth for the rest of the night. Som way to end a work day!!!

This particular location was absolutely disgusting!! From poor service to shitty food. Waited 10 min in drive through only to get the order completely wrong. Went inside to have it corrected , it then took over 20 min to get food. They purposely crushed the hard shell tacos so you could not eat them! The inside was was filthy! Floors, trash etc. I will not be going back there and I am going to report to the health department! Do better people!! The owner of this franchise should be ashamed and penalized how this establishment is managed.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. Possibly the worst fast food experience. We pulled in a noticed many of the employees out front hanging out with people who don’t work there. Walk in and there is a line and no food being made. Finally placed my order and waited nearly 30 min for my food while I watched 6 people who ordered after me got their food, and every single one of them had multiple things wrong with their orders. I eventually ask two different times where my food is and after that I got my food. Upon opening it was the sloppiest food I’ve ever seen, quesadilla not cut, burrito had crunchy burned beans in it. The whole time I was waiting among many others waiting many of the employees were running in and out of the restaurant to talk to their “friends” out front. This place needs to be shut down. Every customer there was angry about something rightfully so…. Do not go here!

I ordered a crispy cantina chicken taco in BOTH tacos came completely crumbled, and the chips were thrown in the bag seemingly upside down. I had to eat the the tacos with a fork... Yes eating taco with a fork... I tried to call at least five times and of course no answer, the very last time that I called someone hung up on me. I wish I could figure out how to take a picture...

Ordered a meal on Uber eats: there was stuff missing, things replaced without authorization, the drinks were watered down or half mixed with things we didn’t ask for, the Quesadillas had less than half of the normal filling, the cinnamon twists tasted like plastic. I’ve never had this many issues with ONE order and I will NOT be ordering from here again, no one else should either because they obviously don’t pay attention and don’t care.

Forth car to pull to the side to wait for food with almost no cheese sauce on my bel grande and soft taco supremes looked like a first grader made them. Second visit as bad as the first.
Trip three:
I guess I'll never learn.
Stopped in for a quick value box that I had to peel off the paper from the limp wiggly taco that had practically no cheese, cold stale nachos that smelled and tasted funny

Ordered online. Food wasn't there when we went to get it. They said reorder it online but can't without paying again. Their policy is no refunds but we'll make it right! (Signs in restaurant.) Was told that doesn't pertain to online orders. Left highly upset! Went back next day and cashier at the counter listened to us and immediately made it right! Kudos to her but Manager Chris was nothing short of a dufuss jerk!

My friend and I received our orders correctly and promptly. The portions of the food we received were actually bigger than what we get in northern Virginia. Restaurant was clean. Overall a great experience.

This spot is a gem among fast-food joints, rocking an aesthetic appeal that’s clean, stylish, and downright inviting—honestly, it’s probably the best-looking combo location I’ve come across. The order speed is decent, though it can feel a bit sluggish during peak times, which makes sense given its busy beachside location; however, the cashier service more than makes up for it, especially with the friendly African American gentleman at the counter who’s always a highlight with his warm, welcoming vibe. That said, Yum Brands could step it up by adding a kiosk—a simple tweak that’d streamline orders and keep things moving. The lobby is solid, but here’s a pro tip: being so close to the Ocean View beach, they should toss in some wall outlets for charging phones or laptops—it’s a no-brainer that could lure in beachgoers looking to recharge (literally) after a day in the sun, setting this place apart from nearby Burger King and McDonald’s. As for the food, it’s a total win—delicious, hearty portions, zero complaints. All in all, this Taco Bell/KFC combo delivers a stellar experience with awesome eats, top-notch service, and just a couple of smart upgrades away from being next-level perfect.

There was no sour cream or tomatoes on my taco they came withe the number 5 nach bel grande... It suppose to be supremes... I order a xtra soft taco supreme and got charged for it but didn't get it.. i asked for dragon fruit for my drinks she tries to give me 2 Pepsi... It cost 25.73 for food i didnt get and some i did get with nothing on them . Unbelievable ...
