Went in to order a sandwich on gluten-free bread because I have celiac disease. The lady at the counter was like the menu is over there and so I got the menu and she’d like that then I wanted to drink and she’s like well that’ll be it and I was like OK what kind of drink and she’s like that’s it and I’m like OK then while they’re making my sandwich with their gloves on they’re playing with the hair playing with necklaces drinking and everything like that now I’ll give you a picture of my sandwich of how disgusting it looks, and it smells sour.

When I first placed my order, the staff were unfriendly and didn’t even greet you, nor even whether I wanted to dine in or take out. I went ahead and paid, including a tip, and told my name will be called. Later, I found out my order was packed to go. When I sat down, the tables were dirty and sticky, and there weren’t even any napkins included in the to go bag. The bread was hard as a rock! Overall, very poor customer service!

I recently ordered a smoothie from here being pregnant I cannot intake the whey protein ! I had another manager just simply take the whey powder out !!! Maybe a week ago , today manager “Morgan” decided to tell her staff they could not take the whey powder out the staff was very rude didn’t offer to make me another smoothie , as well as no offer on refund I had to deal with ordering something “ they simply cannot take out “ an had me waiting about 10 min on just a smoothie … , which I don’t understand how one manager can an the next cannot this was a fav now I am on to the next ! I do not recommend this place

Stopped in for lunch and had the Lynnhaven sandwich. They are usually a little busy but are very effective at getting everyone served in a timely manner. Service was wonderful. The food was fresh and delicious.

The food is very good here. There are a lot of choices and so healthy too! I had a salmon salad on one stop and an Inlet Sandwich. No line really...very spacious seating...and if you like wine, a nice selection of bottles for purchase. A definate try and they gave a few locations. Very popular lunch spot.
