He has created a great ambiance where locals feel comfortable even coming alone and joining in on great conversation. Derek- you make us feel like family!

I’ve wanted to try this place for years and tonight I gave it a shot. I ordered online after a showing this evening and drove 15 minutes to the Dirty Buffalo. When I walked in the atmosphere was so cool, I wished I had my kids with me. I was greeted promptly at the hostess stand and directed to the back corner where the pick up counter was. A nice young gentleman asked to help me, I told him by name and he said that it wasn’t quite ready yet but went to the back to check on it. He was back in 2 minutes or so and was very polite. I got home and everything I ordered was in the bag. The moment I had been waiting for was to try the strawberry habanero wings and they did not disappoint in the slightest. I got the buffalo soldier sauce too and that was a great jerk flavor for that one. The ranch is sooooo good. I was glad I got an extra. I also got the macaroni salad, which was good. Different but not in a bad way. And the brownie. It doesn’t really taste like a pretzel brownie to me more like a salted caramel brownie but it was still delicious either way. I’ll definitely be back to try the pizza rolls and the smothered fries!

The restaurant was very short staffed. Many empty tables that had not been bussed. There was a line of customers that wanted to eat but the server could not give any idea of how long the wait was. Many ended up leaving. The entryway was filthy. It needs a good pressure washing on the walkway.
Had an awesome experience once again. We usually make a point to stop by most Wednesdays to enjoy the wing special. But all the food we have tried has been outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone looking to support a local business, try some local beers or have some amazing food.

Consistently taking very excessive amounts of time to have delivery orders ready for drivers shows a total lack of basic respect and decency for the poeple delivering your food. Terrible. The worst part about it, they don't seem to care at all. I asked the employee to please let the manager know this is unacceptable to be taking this long, he just looked at me with a blank stare. This place is terrible.
