Service was just kind of ignoring us at first but then she was super sweet. Huge pieces of fudge lots of different flavors. Kinda pricey but suuuuuper good. Rocki road fudge and a small cup of ice cream $16

We stopped here for some dessert. We got a piece of dark chocolate, which my partner enjoyed and I got a sorbet. The lady who helped us was very nice! It was nice because there is a huge seating area with arcade games and a bar as well to hang out. It was Friday night football and we thought it was a fun way to watch the game.

I love all fudge and this fudge was just subpar. I was expecting excellent fudge for the expensive price, but was unfortunately let down. I tried 6 flavors and out of those I only recommend 3: New Orleans Praline, Chocolate Peanut butter, and Chocolate Salted Caramel. Also, the dude that worked there ignored us for a good 5 mins before coming to help us (we were the only customers). He didn't have any customer service skills and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him by buying fudge?

Worst service. Expect to be yelled at by a rude male worker if you only want one piece of fudge. If you suggest that the attitude is inappropriate, his response is āI donāt careā. I recommend going to a store that does care.
To the owner of this business on Saturday at 1 PM I was harassed for only buying one New Orleans Praline by your male employee (female was quite nice). I told him I had a full bus and he said he didnāt care. I told all 52 people to avoid buying something from this establishment. Not a brownie. I have the correct establishment. I work with the Virginia Receptives to bring bus loads to the area. This NOT the experience I want my travelers to experience.

Walked up and there was no one in sight so after about a min a gentleman came from the back very aggressive and no polite at all.. After about a min of the worse service ever me and my friends decided not to get anything from this establishment as we werenāt comfortable and completely disliked the customer serviceā¦ he can be seen in the picture below

Horrible experience at this location. I live over an hour away and spent over 60 bucks on items from here. We ordered peanut butter fudge and they gave us vanilla, our chocolate fudge is gewey and taste like melted chocolate not fudge (you can tell by the photos). This is extremely disappointing especially when you spend they type of money like they charge for desserts just to get the wrong item and some that are completely made wrong.
