Would have loved a cold beer, but no staff to be found other than the center bar, and the bartender was not interested in serving me. Weird vibes. Took the ferry over and going straight back.
Our blonde bartender this morning was The Best. Very codial, welcoming n informative .

Disappointing Policy That Hurts Local Business
My wife and I had dinner at Waterside last night and were surprised—and frustrated—to learn that the restaurant we chose couldn’t serve alcohol. We were told we had to walk over to the central bar area to order drinks separately. It’s disappointing to see that Waterside doesn’t allow individual restaurants to serve alcohol, especially when they’re small local businesses paying rent to be there.
Throughout our meal, we watched several people come in, ask for a margarita, and leave when they found out they couldn’t get one. This policy isn’t just inconvenient for guests—it clearly costs the restaurant business, not just in drink sales but likely food sales as well.
It feels like Waterside is prioritizing its own bar profits over supporting the success of its tenants. I hope this changes in the future so diners can have a better experience—and so these small businesses have a fair shot.

Fun place to round up the boys and hang out. I would like to see a little more here to boost the atmosphere.

All the doors and websites says open @11a on Monday. At 11:15a all doors locked and no one to be found.Waste of time
This place is amazing! There is a MASSIVE variety of eateries inside the Market to satisfy every person's tastebuds. I ate at Striper's two days in a row & I enjoyed every meal there! Not to mention the homemade fudge shoppe!

Good food options, great drink, perfect view. They had live music playing on the day we visited. Awesome lunch date with friends. Planning another one already.
Fun but the later it gets, the younger it gets so keep that in mind if you are looking for a mature atmosphere. Also, there is NO food worth eating after 10 here so come early and leave early ??
Terrible service. There was only one bartender and she was very unpleasant and cold, slow and looked like she didnt care. They have a wide selection of draft beers and I asked her if she could recommend one but she gave me a bad look like I was an inconvenience. I never received that kind of attitude and I work as a server... simply aweful. Ruined my visit.

90s Bar Crawl!! This was so much fun!
I went to this middle-of-the-road place for lunch on a Friday by myself. The place was quiet and listless before noon, as most of the other places nearby weren't open yet. I had heard good things about those other places, but I was already there and didn't feel like waiting. The food is provided by the Blue Moon Taphouse. I had a Star Hill Tripel (great), an avocado club, and a side Caesar salad. The sandwich was good, but the salad was disappointing. It was a side salad, and side salads are usually not great. However, this one looked better than it tasted. The bartender was friendly, helpful, and quick.Overall, it's a decent place to go if you're looking for a casual meal with friends or colleagues. But don't expect anything too special. If you're willing to wait a little longer, there are some other more interesting options nearby.
Super cool place! The market is a part of this huge building referred to as the water side. In the water side there is a multitude of different stores and shops. There’s ice cream, cupcakes, sports bars , ex. The market has live music playing most nights. The market is kind of in the center of everything so if you want to grab a drink while the family gets ice cream it’s perfect. Plus there is a giant tv that plays sport programs.Five emojis that describe my experience are…????????????????????
Worst place ever kitchen is dirty mice running around everywhere. Tables don’t get wiped
Very college aged, loud, sticky. Not my scene. Cool spot though for your early 20's.
