I came all the way from Newport News to visit this place because I thought it was a buffet and we called ahead of time to see if the buffet was open and they said yes, but it was not. The food was great and the atmosphere could’ve used a little more work along with the customer service.

The food is good
Ordered curry shrimp with cabbage and rice and peas. Rice and peas had curry gravy on it but the shrimp was far from curry shrimp. Just by looking at it I could tell it wasn’t curry shrimp. I still decided to taste it and it was flavorless. I go to the MP’s in Newport News a lot. They aren’t very customer friendly at that location but at least the food is good. I wish I would have took a picture of the plate before it made it to the trash. I received way more cabbage than shrimp and rice and peas. Everything was very bland.
I know the Lord loves me whence I arrival I to this wonderful atmosphere of flavor and gods benevolent generosity in servingsThis is the lords placeAny other review is of the devilJAH Bless
