You can definitely tell kids run the store. My fiancé and i took our 2.5 year old daughter last night for a sweet treat and one of the young ladies from the back kept hollering for the young man at the register to come to the backroom then when he decided to go use the restroom the SAME young girl is beating against his bathroom door demanding him to let her in. Also, my fiancé witnessed the young lady put her hand under the candy dispenser and eat the candy from there. Not sure what the company policy is on that but it definitely wasn’t a sanitary thing to do at all!!!

The yogurt machines will spray you. All around lack of concern.

Meh. Price was to high, management was kind of rude, and the place was more expensive than what I'm use to.

Great frozen yogurt, great hand whipped cream, just a tad boring on the flavor selections for yogurts.

Customer service was below average. Overpriced. I asked for a manager and was ignored.

I wanted to like this place but the staff were not respectful. The counter staff kept yelling at me "____ SAW WHAT YOU WERE DOING!" and I had no idea what they were yelling at me for. I was just browsing the selections. It made me feel very uncomfortable. They also called me "ma'am" every two seconds which is a huge insult where I come from. I am a Northerner and "ma'am" is code for "old, frumpy, undesirable woman." I told them to please stop calling me "ma'am" but they laughed at me. I'm 24. I am also Nonbinary despite passing as feminine so on top of essentially being told "you look older than you are", I was also repeatedly misgendered. The entire experience made me very uncomfortable. I will not be back.

This place is such a cute little yogurt shop. Seriously. Loved the vibe, and the Girl who checked us out was very sweet.Had a wonderful variety, and everything was nice and neat, and clean. Will definitely go back!

We love this place and have been going for years. I don't know if service has declined like most places due to COVID and bottom of the barrel employees, or if there's been a change in management. The last several times we've gone service hasn't been great.

I had never been to a Skinny Dip before, but I absolutely loved it! I was blown away by how many choices there were. Decent price as well.

Extremely disappointed. First Impression, I walked in tonight to the shop before my family... both employees did not say 1 word to me and there weren't even any other customers. The rest of my family walked in after me and they said "hello" and one employee said "hi", otherwise basically no other word was spoken. Then we got our bowels to get our froyo and almost half of the flavors were out and there wasn't even a sign, we had to keep trying each one to figure it out and the employees were of no help. Kind of strange considering that is all they sell...The froyo itself was just okay, nothing to write home about. But unfortunately the toppings, especially the Snickers were STALE ?As we were getting ready to walk out after paying, a group of people came in and the employee who hadn't spoken at all excitely greeted the incoming customers and even got them bowels and were serving them. It was weird. We do not plan on coming back and I am not one to typically leave a negative review, but this was like WOW!? In fact, another time I visited this area we went to a different froyo shop and I left a positive review...

Nice little yogurt bar. Self serve but no samples like pre Covid days. Plenty of flavor choices to include a non dairy version! We didn't try the non dairy but still impressed they had that option.TONS of toppings to choose from. It's along the same price line as any other shop I've been to around $9 a lb. BUT they currently have a waffle CONE (bowls sold by weight) that you can pack as full as you want with ice cream and toppings for $3.50. Plenty big for me and for the kids too!

This was our first time going and the employee there was very kind and joked around with us! We enjoyed the experience, atmosphere, and the yogurt!
