Absolutely love this spot for breakfast/brunch. Staff there are so friendly and they are extremely helpful if you wanna make changes to the dish or drink you ordered and also substituting what’s on their menu for something else you’d rather have. So accommodating when taking your order. The environment is so laid back & comfortable. I’ve already recommended The Stockpot to my friends and some of my coworkers. Give this establishment a try, you won’t be disappointed. ??

This is a must eat place if you're in Norfolk. There was such a variety and everything was so delicious. We visited for lunch and everyone in my family got something different so we could all share. Absolutely amazing food and great service.Vegetarian options: There is a large section of the menu that is strictly vegetarian.Parking: The parking garage is about a block away.

I love coming over here for a quick bite to eat!My favorite thing on their menu is the rosemary biscut it's got a nice crust on it and the rosemary taste is just enough to be noticeable without bordering on italian foccocia (gets stuck in your teeth) levels of rosemary. That makes it great for both sweet and savory options. Which are avaliable on the menu as the biscut side and the biscut sandwich. The biscut comes with two little 2 oz solo sauce cups, one for strawberry preserves, and one for what I can only assume is vegtable shortening(it has a different mouth-feel then butter). Both were filled generously with a tiny bit left over after I covered my biscut completely. The picture above is not the actual size of the biscut, it's the biscut after I ate half of it. It was at least a 2 inch tall biscut, so it's a fair amount of food for 4 bucks. The biscut by itself is 4 flat as of 2024 with tax and I believe a small takeout fee that comes out to 4.37 which is affordable to me based on convenience and quality of food. And 4.37 isn't a bad price to live out my ?studio ghibli breakfast? dreams before my 9am english lecture.

Great breakfast menu, everything is good! Coffee is excellent and refills are free. Service is very good and prices are very reasonable for the quality.

Service was great! There was about an hour wait to wait a table on a Sunday afternoon. (Not complaining - just a heads-up.) Food was ready fast and ingredients were fresh. Has some vegan options.

In all seriousness, this is one of my favorite restaurants! The food is amazing and the people were just as wonderful! My sister and I went here 3 times in less than a week and I'll keep going!

Super disappointed. This place deserves a -0-. Was told 30 min wait despite the bar area having 8 seats and 2 tables open. Got a pager. Came back 20 min later as no alert to see bar area and now 4 tables open. Finally got a seat and ordered something right off the menu a couple of eggs huevos rancheros. 45 min later still nada. Waitress assured me my order was up next. I had a clear view of the stove and prep are then watched 3 more orders go out. After 1 hr I got up, let the waitress know I was leaving, and got a nice smug whatever response.Owner/Staff - what say you?

$24.00 for an avocado, bacon and egg wrap…ridiculous and not even good@owner I ordered the avocado toast because you didn’t have anything that was a handheld. I added bacon and poached egg which were offerings at an additional charge. I was also charged to make it a wrap. I was also charged a take out fee, total was $24, again ridiculous. I work in downtown and expect to pay more but this was well over a take out lunch price

Stopped in here for lunch on Wednesday's Ramen Day - it was very good. Pictured is the vegetarian ramen, with substitution of the pork/chicken broth, instead of standard mushroom broth. Super flavorful. I'd try a non-vegetarian version next time, the tofu was OK but nothing great. It took about 20 min to get the ramen, so you may need to plan ahead, but it's very good. I will be back!
