Excellent food! We had the chickpea wrap, salmon salad, and we split a soup. Everything was sooooo good! If I lived closer, I'd probably eat there almost every day!

Finally got the chance to try this quant little restaurant out and man do I wish I would’ve done it sooner. Got the Baked Caprese Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was beautifully crispy on the outside like a good crusty artisan bread should be and then soft and on the inside with the most amazing balsamic glaze on top. Definitely will be back! Sorry about the picture. Forgot to take one prior to eating.

Gorgeous spot! Amazing Service! The food was pretty good as well! I got the tuna melt and had them add lettuce, tomato, and onion to it since I've really been craving vegetables, and I had the potato salad for my side. The tuna was a little too salty for me, but that potato salad.... that potato salad.... lemme tell ya, it was made with love, devotion, and a promise to honor and protect. Going through their menu and seeing all the other options they have, has solidified my decision to come back and try a few more things. If you're ever in Norfolk and want a sandwich (or potato salad) that will make you feel the love, definitely try Ten Top!

Great atmosphere, super personable service, appealing menu. There was a lot of bread to get through on my sandwich, but it was good bread. I don't think I would get the same sandwich again (beef and boursin) but I would come back to try another one and definitely get the tomato soup again! The potato salad was pretty good, but the potatoes were cut huge, which makes the ratio of dressing and stuff slightly worse. I would go back for sure.

One of my ABsolute favorite spots & I'd give 10 stars to The 10 Top! I cant say enough about this low key hidden gem. Their unique dishes, homemade soups & croutons etc. is some of the best food/retro atmosphere in Norfolk, and I dont say that lightly. Yums & noms!! Consistently something unique and interesting on their specials/soups and menu that intrigues and makes you want to try it all - makes choosing what to order tough bc it all is so amaze! Hats 🎩 off to the chefs, owner and employees.
