They have the best ( largest shrimp) and Greek salad's but the place burned to the ground about a couple of months ago

I love this place and always have but tonight was a huge disappointment! I understand new struggles with the changes (order at 1 tent and pick up at 2nd) however it's sad when the price increases, but customer service & amount of shrimp given is declined significantly. When I got home with 2lbs of shrimp it wasn't even enough for 2 people (and no cocktail sauce).

The best I can say about our experience at the Thirsty Camel is the service was very good. Our waitress was fast, efficient and friendly. The food was okay. The atmosphere on the dive bar end of the spectrum. If you're starving and right there, go for it. If you've got a little time, look elsewhere.

I like the thirsty camel. I had the BBQ sandwich and fries platter for $7.50. Good sweet tea. Great place to eat. Plus they have jumbo shrimp night also, that's always good

Interesting location. A short walk to the ocean. Good Camel Burger. Meat cooked as asked. Tasty. TVs everywhere. Pool table, jukebox. Nice bar atmosphere

Beer was cold and my burger was decent. Busy crowd for a weekday at lunchtime. I here the shrimp are delicious. Will try that another time.

Christy is the bomb, walked in 8:15 in the morning with a smile and a friendly greeting. Service is off the hook great. Food is great, environment is awesome!!!

I like the dive bar atmosphere of the Thirsty Camel. It has unique atmosphere because it has been around forever. The beer prices are awesome. Thursday night is two for the price of one steak night and the steaks are cooked to perfection. Go to the Thirsty Camel and have a good time.

Steam shrimp is good when fresh took awhile to get order wanted another order this one came quick was given leftover dry shrimp that was overcooked and was told by waitress you can't take shrimp out on discount night even if you don't finish. Order Fried shrimp one time and wasn't told it isn't hand batter/flour it's butterflied pre bread crumbs stuff that you can buy in the store.
